Nicely updated motel in some ways. Clean new linens and adequate bed. I was disappointed there were no cups in the room (maybe a house keeping error) and no hairdryer or coffee pot. While 24 hour desk is advertised, be aware that does not mean someone will always be at the desk. There is a number to call if the office is closed. The man on duty happened to see me from outside when I arrived and checked me in at 8pm. He did not give me a WIFI code and when I tried to check the next morning there was no one at the desk. The motel is a good budget choice near the highway for a quick overnight stay. A grocery store and fast food are nearby.

Rooms updated and big.
The heater didnt work, it keep blowing cold air after 10 min. No hot water for even a 5 min shower

Shady place and very suspicious activity by the owner. they don’t refund tax for the refundable and charge arbitrary amounts for random reasons. I just saw a $20 charge and apparently some items were missing in the room. They falsely accused that I took their smelly bedsheets and towels out of the room.

Due to an unexpected incident my family and myself have had to stay here. The new owners are great and the updated rooms are too. Don't believe what you hear. Call Dave at 276-431-4300. Pet friendly and lots of stuff in walking distance. Only 44 miles from Bristol Raceway.
