We stayed here after picking my husband up after an Erie Canal bike ride. Check-in was great, nice young man whose name I do not know because his tag said “trainee”. We had to wait a bit because it was before the check in time but it was OK. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Hubby was hoping to clean his bike off before his next ride across Iowa and the staff was very gracious and provided him some cleaner and a rag. The only downside was that the laundry facility was out of order but there was a laundromat in the adjacent ***** mall. The other thing was that there were only 2 sets of towels which was surprising since the room slept 4. Breakfast restaurant and Dollar General and Chinese takeout place in that same ***** mall which was convenient. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Extraordinarily clean, comfortable room, Friendly and efficient staff. Alas, the floor surface in the shower enclosure gets slippery when you rinse off the soap and there are no grop bars. This is my third time here; I visit friends nearby, and I bring a rubber non-skid mat to put down in the shower. The free breakfast is ok but not to brag about. There is a diner across the parking lot which offers great breakfasts for those looking for hearty fare.

Juan was awesome. Honestly the whole staff from check in to check out. This is my 3rd time staying here for family functions and I love it. Clean, quiet and very friendly. Even the manager checked on us. I used the pool and even sat on the patio. Ty

Room was comfortable, bathroom clean, staff was friendly. Price was ok, but not outstanding for the location--ie you need a car to get almost anywhere. Biggest problem was that you could hear entire conversations happening in the adjoining room or hallway.

Very clean rooms, staff is well trained and accomodating, property has ample parking. Good location, close to all types of services. We arrived early on our bicycles after a long ride and the staff made sure we were taken care of while we waited for our room to become available.

In town to see the Lion King at Proctor’s. Hotel was Friendly. Convenient. Every area was clean- Common areas. Pool. Rooms. Great pillows on the bed. Plenty for breakfast. Price was right. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

This place is fantastic! While driving through town we began wondering where we were going as it turns out the building is in lot with a ***** center adjacent to residential housing. Just walking in it gave a good impression. The place is clean and well maintained. The room was the same. The staff was friendly , very helpful and, obviously, liked working there. Other than luxury hotels, we have never stayed in a nicer place.

Very clean and updated. Sauna added to the pool and hot tub is something we don’t normally see. Nice feature. Super friendly and courteous staff on multiple shifts. Location is close to restaurants and attractions. The dollar general next door is a plus

Juan Cruz was very welcoming when I arrived. Tiffanii was very helpful with operating the TV in my room. Appreciated the full breakfast. I was visiting family, and it was the only hotel in Schenectady well rated as clean, full breakfast and friendly. This hotel lived up to that reputation. I have stayed at other hotels in the area in the past, and I would only stay here when I return to visit family.
