Beware of this hotel if you’re booking after hours. On October 12, 2023 we booked a room after driving for 8 hours and we were exhausted. Paid for the room, money came out of our account, and confirmation was sent to us. We arrived and there was a note on the door saying the property closes after 11 pm and to call the number if we needed assistance. When you call the number, it then tells you they are fully booked and goes straight to voicemail so you can’t contact anyone. We travel constantly and have never run into a hotel that doesn’t have someone working, available to check people in, or handle emergencies. Just curious on how people get back into their rooms if they’re locked out, or if an emergency occurs and they’re met with a voicemail machine. Doesn’t seem right to leave customers at your property with no contact information 🤔 so beware when booking after hours, you’ll be charged but have no way to check in. And if you do book, make sure no emergencies happen in or outside of your room as apparently they leave the property unattended overnight. Definitely not worth $175 a night to have your safety at risk and no person to contact.
