Il resort è davvero bellissimo: immerso nella natura, tranquillo e curato. Ideale per chi ha bisogno di staccare la spina. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, professionale e attento a ogni esigenza. Il cibo è di ottima qualità: varietà ogni giorno, piatti locali ben cucinati, dolci squisiti e una colazione ricca. Abbiamo apprezzato la gestione attenta dei vari servizi offerti, dalla ristorazione ai momenti di intrattenimento, fino alle navette per la spiaggia e all’assistenza durante il soggiorno. Tutto è sembrato ben organizzato, con personale disponibile e presente. Uno dei punti di forza è stata senza dubbio l’animazione, sempre professionale e coinvolgente: un ringraziamento particolare va a Youssef, che ogni giorno è riuscito a coinvolgere tutti con la sua energia, simpatia e professionalità.

Ho soggiornato al Voi Marsa Sicla’Essentia dal 3 al 14 luglio. Una meraviglia. Un super fantastico Direttore,Jessica,Vincenzo,Francesco,Camilo e tutti i baristi,chef,cuochi,camerieri,pasticceria ottima. Tutto il personale gentilissimo:autisti delle navette,bagnini,personale pulizia, reception. Un fantastico e competente Youssef per risveglio muscolare, acqua gym e yoga,bravi anche i ragazzi dell’ animazione.complimenti a tutti. Arrivederci al prossimo anno. Franca

30.7.25 Si è appena conclusa la vacanza più bella della mia vita (e no, non sto esagerando). Presso il VOI Marsa Siclá hotel si vive un' atmosfera rilassante, rigenerante in una struttura bianca-blu che richiama i colori intensi della spiaggia. A rendere la vacanza così bella ha contribuito tutto il personale d' eccellenza. In modo particolare ringrazio Youssef che con professionalità, simpatia e discrezione ha animato le nostre giornate: tra risveglio muscolare, pilates, yoga, acquagym, Zumba sia in spiaggia che in piscina ha contribuito al benessere psico-fisico che una vacanza deve portare. È raro trovare livelli di attività e animazione così alte.

Posto al di sopra delle aspettative. Indipendenza con le piccole casette e patio in totale relax e immersi in una natura curata e lussureggiante. Pulizia eccellente cucina top personale gentile riservato e molto preparato. La distanza dalla spiaggia è totalmente azzerata dalla frequenza continua con le navette da golf che praticamente non ti lasciano mai a piedi. Un plauso particolare a Jessica per la sua professionalità accuratezza e disponibilità infinita e a joseph grande personal trainer che ogni momento con grande sensibilità sapeva animare i momenti sportivi e al quale era impossibile dire di no. Bravissimo. Un particolare in spiaggia c erano a disposizione degli ospiti le power bank

Quattordici giorni meravigliosi dove tutto é filato liscio. A partire dal personale della reception e portabagagli. Dopo un viaggio lungo come il mio, un sorriso e una concisa spiegazione delle cose essenziali é quello che ci vuole. La signorina Jessica é stata una perfetta padrona di casa. Camere accoglienti e pulizia accurata. Ristorazione ricca e cibo di qualità con una varietà non comune. Il maitre Vincenzo ci ha viziato e ha esaudito ogni desiderio con professionalità. Piscina e spiaggia curate da personale dotata disponibilità. Tutto ció non si verifica a caso; il direttore Massimo é l’artefice e punto di riferimento di un’organizzazione di là Voi hotel deve andarne fiera. Torneremo sicuramente e non potremo che parlare bene di tutto quello che abbiamo vissuto e…..prego di credere….sono un cliente attento e a volte pignolo. Complimenti !

Che dire… siamo appena tornati da una settimana meravigliosa in questo villaggio. Tutto organizzato alla perfezione, camera spaziosa e pulita , immersa in un giardino da sogno , curato e ben tenuto. Piscina e spiaggia pulite e non chiassose, animazione soft e non insistente. Grazie a Marco che , con la sua simpatia, ci ha intrattenuto tra partite di beachvolley e bocce! Pasti al buffet sempre diversi , ho mangiato tantissimo pesce ma non mancavano carne , primi, verdure e dolci . Buona scelta anche per gli intolleranti al lattosio , sopratutto al mattino. Camerieri e staff sempre educati e sorridenti! Spettacoli serali carini e il ragazzo che suonava e cantava tutte le sere bravissimo!!! Non ricordo il nome della ragazza che mi ha fatto due massaggi stupendi, bravissima! Sicuramente consiglierò questo resort a tutti quelli che vorranno visitare la Sicilia ! A presto
