Beautiful hotel, but quite noisy
Beautiful hotel, and delicious breakfast. The only issue I had is that there was a film festival happening right outside my window. The event was extremely loud and went on after midnight.
Since the room didn't have AC, it was hard to keep the windows closed so that meant we couldn't go to sleep until very late, and were constantly being awake by the noise outside.

Ein angenehm helles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet wie auch das Bad.
Kleines Manko ... da das Zimmer in Richtung Hauptplatz lag, war es etwas lauter bei angekipptem Fenster und insgesamt auf Grund des älteren Gebäudes etwas hellhörig.
Aber ... dennoch zu empfehlen wie auch das Frühstück! :-)

Laut, keine Klimaanlage. Ich würde nicht noch einmal hier übernachten. Die Zimmer liegen zum lauten Kreisverkehr. Bei offenen Fenstern zu schlafen ist im Sommer nicht möglich. Man hört jedes Fahrzeug von der Straße. In der Preisklasse würde ich lieber etwas andere am See buchen und mit Bus oder Taxi nach Schwyz fahren. Mit Schallschutzfenstern und Klimaanlage wäre es wohl erträglich.

Room was 'basic' and very noisy when windows open - quiet room requested. No fan or air-conditioning for use in hot weather. Hotel corridors and room unwelcoming - decoration and TV outdated. No coffee/tea in room nor served in hotel - bar and restaurant closed. No lounge or bar. Reception lights turned off at 8.30pm(ish). Cooked breakfast poor although buffet good. The Wysses Rossli provides a bed and breakfast not a hotel and restaurant. It was by far the worst value for money hotel we stayed at in our recent trip around the Lucerne region.
