ich war im juni 2025 für drei nächte im hotel weisses ross. Das zimmer war nicht wie auf den fotos abgebildet. Der Preis ist sehr hoch im Vergleich zum Leistung. Alte Möbel, Boden mit altem, schmutzigem und stinkendem Teppich. Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer, weil es nach Süden ausgerichtet war und auf der rechten Seite an einer Wand befestigt war, die das Eindringen von Luft verhinderte. Der Lärm in der Nacht und am Tag ist unerträglich, weil das Hotel in der Mitte von zwei belebten Straßen und auch auf der Landebahn des nahe gelegenen Flughafens liegt. Das Personal ist gestresst und wenig hilfsbereit, weil es ständig mit dem Servieren im Restaurant beschäftigt ist. Die Eigentümer, die für das Hotel verantwortlich sind, waren nie anwesend. Ich hatte eine wirklich schlechte Erfahrung und würde niemandem empfehlen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.

Wir waren zu zweit und uns gefiel das nette und gemütliche Ambiente sowie der sehr freundliche Service. Die Küche aber zeigte deutliche Schwächen. Gut schmeckte die Leberknödelsuppe, die aus drei Knödeln bestand. Die Brühe war aber leicht salzig. Besonders negativ war das Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb für 25,90€. Es war das Geld nicht wert. Das Schnitzel war viel zu dick, schmeckte ungewürzt und die Panade war blass und klebte am Fleisch. Das hatte nichts mit einem Wiener Schnitzel zu tun. So etwas darf die Küche eigentlich nicht verlassen. Sehr gut dagegen der gebackene Karpfen mit ausreichend Ingreisch. Gut auch der Beilagensalat. Eher mäßig die Crème Brûlée, hier war war der karamellisierte Zucker kalt.

Wir hatten als Paar im September für 3 Nächte " Weisses Ross " in Schwaig gebucht, haben aber leider Beanstandungen. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr alt, das Bad, bzw. die Dusche hatte auch schon bessere Tage erlebt, das Zimmer hat während unseres Aufenthalt nur 1 mal den Zimmerservice gesehen ist aber für den täglichen Service im Preis mit inbegriffen. Von daher müssen wir sagen das der Preis von 134 Euro pro Nacht nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Sagten dieses auch beim ausschecken, der Dame an der Rezeption diese entschuldigte sich zwar was aber auch schon alles war. Zugute halten muss man dass das Frühstück gut und ausreichend war und das Personal sehr freundlich.
