I made a reservation for 3 adults, but when I arrived to check in, they told me that, due to a mistake on their part, they only had a room with two single beds available and that the hotel was at its maximum capacity, to which I replied that I had booked for three people and that they should please resolve this problem.
Since the hotel is located in a town with few public transport services and a private transport service to the centre of Munich cost me 130 euros, I decided to put up with the bad experience and accept the room with the inconvenience of some of the three occupants sleeping on the floor.
I asked for extra pillows and blankets and they were not available due to the hotel being fully occupied, so I had to sleep on the floor covered by clothes I had in my suitcase.
A lady at the reception, who was very kind, offered me free breakfast to compensate for the mistake, but that still did not cover the bad experience at that hotel.

In many ways this is an excellent hotel, sizeable rooms, great shower, comfortable, friendly staff and excellent breakfast all for a reasonable, almost cheap price. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport from a nearby hotel for 7 Euros BUT it is directly underneath the flight path and next to a busy road so it is noisy. There is also no aircon in the room. If either of these two issues bother you is a personal choice
