The craziest experience I've ever had with a hotel and one of the craziest experiences in my life. There is no reception, just a machine-based self-check-in desk. This was broken. After many unsuccessful attempts, I reached the hotel hotline, who at first said I was just too stupid to use it. Then she admitted that the portal was broken and after a lot of back and forth, sent a payment link to my cell phone. After paying by credit card, the system would grant access to the room. I paid, but again nothing happened. When I got a little annoyed, she said it wasn't her problem if the computer was broken. I got really annoyed at this point, so she hung up.
