Property Description
The more than 350-year-old former Montafon mountain farm is located at 1140m above sea level above Schruns in the Montafon in a unique, secluded location. The former mountain farm offers space for up to 12 people.
The breathtaking panorama offers the right ambience for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the hectic everyday life, at any time of the year. The large fenced patio is ideal for dog owners. Dogs are very welcome and live free of charge. Despite our idyllic, secluded location, we can be reached by car all year round.
The guest area extends over 2 floors and has 5 double rooms, 1 small additional room with double bed, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath/toilet, 2 complete. equipped kitchens and 1 lounge with satellite TV.
Our guest house is heated with a modern pellet system supported by 14m² solar panels. All water consumption is supplied by the in-house spring.
We are open all year round and our house can be booked in different categories.
Whether as self-catering accommodation, for those who like to be undisturbed, or as accommodation with breakfast. We are happy to adapt our offer to the wishes and requirements of our guests.

2 Nächte in Schruns auf dem Berg
Die Lage ist wunderbar und die Vermieter bieten einem sehr viel.
Pool, Möglichkeit Hunde mitzubringen, billiard, Dart, genügend Schlafzimmer und Duschen und WC.
Wir waren zu 8 und einem Hund 2 Nächte dort und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Wir werden gerne nochmals vorbei kommen!

Wundervolle Zeit mit der ganzen Familie
Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in dem wunderschönen Haus mit einzigartiger Aussicht. Es war für jedes Alter etwas geboten. Jürgen und Natascha waren sehr bemüht uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir werden definitiv zurück kommen und die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Perfekte Location für Gruppenreisen
Neben der absolut gemütlichen Unterkunft und wunderschönen Location am Berg, waren Natascha und Jürgen super nette Gastgeber, die uns bei sämtlichen Fragen unterstützt und geholfen haben.
Die Ausstattung mit einem Pool, Partyraum und großzügigen Flächen (innen und außen) war ideal für unseren JGA.

Wundervoll
Wir waren 12 Freunde und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Jürgen und Natascha.
Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch viel schöner als auf den Bilder. Der Partyraum ist ein absolutes Juwel und der Pool war bei heißen Temperaturen ein absoluter Traum. Unbedingt das Brot von Natascha dazu buchen.
Der getrennte Partyraum zum Haupthaus ist sehr gut geregelt.
Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende.
