Gisteravond voor de t****e keer genoten van het nieuwe menu en de nieuwe amuses in het prachtige eigentijdse restaurant dat is voorzien van unieke kunst van internationaal gerenommeerde kunstenaars. Periodiek worden aanpassingen en aanvullingen aan het restaurant en entree gerealiseerd, zodat het voor de periodiek terugkerende gast telkens weer een soort van verrassing is. Culinair is Merlet absoluut top en de gastvrije bediening maakt er telkens weer een feestje van voor de gast, wat ons betreft wederom een 10+ Graag tot de volgende keer……

Uitzonderlijk goed gegeten in het restaurant met een Michelinster. Stevige smaken, prachtige wijnen erbij. De hotelkamer is zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt is zeker goed, maar wat “underwhelming” na het prachtige diner. Dat er honden los mogen lopen in de ontbijtzaal (en er sowieso mogen zijn) is bizar.

Jaren geleden hier geweest. Het hotel was duidelijk gerenoveerd. Prima ontvangst . We zouden dineren met een vriend, gezellig geborreld, buiten was te fris, maar de lounge was gezellig. Het diner was uitstekend en professionele bediening niet te opdringerig. Kamer en badkamer heel bijzonder en gezellig. Komen graag terug.

Rock & Roll at Restaurant Merlet, we tried a vegan dish in between tonight and those do not need any meat or fish, great layers in taste, in one word magnificent. The service staff is more than superb, always in a great mood, story telling at your table which do lift the dishes to a higher level. The whole package is one you do not see that often. We had one superb night :-)

Personale molto disponibile, professionale e gentile. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione di qualita' e varia,solo il primo giorno, perche' al prezzo di 25 euro a persona lo trovavo troppo, per una come me che la colazione si limita a caffe' e cornetto. Invece con dispiacere, abbiamo cenato al Gran Cafe' Borgogne solo l'ultima cena. E' stata una vera sorpresa: cibo eccellente, servizio impeccabile. Ovviamente tutto questo si paga, suite a notte 240 euro senza colazione sono gli standard dell'Olanda. consigliatissimo!!!

Very stylish hotel. Hotel Merlet is really nice. The staff is great. The service is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are awesome. Wonderful nights of sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant here is great too. Lovely stay.

Hotel Merlet is really good. The location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is the star. The food and drinks are top notch. Everything is delicious and well presented. Amazing experience. Great place to dine and stay.
