Un vrai 5 étoiles ⭐️ , Tout était parfait, la suite donnait sur les piscines et montagnes, l’accueil, l’spa est fantastique ❤️❤️❤️, le buffet du soir as plein des chois et le petit déjeuner est magnifique, des omelettes frais et même le mimosa . Le thé servi en après- midi est digne d’un vrais 5 étoiles ⭐️.

Eine makellose Erfahrung: Rundum begeistert von Hotel Ermitage Schönried Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Ermitage Schönried war von Anfang bis Ende absolut perfekt und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Einmal sich wie eine Prinzessin zu fühlen, dass kann man im Hotel Ernidage Schönried erleben.Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zum Abschied fühlten wir uns durchweg umsorgt und verwöhnt. Der Service am Empfang sowie im Restaurant war freundlich und nicht gekünstelt. Das Personal wirkt nicht gestellt und macht auch gerne ein Spass mit den Gästen was wir sehr schätzen es war schlichtweg herausragend. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam, professionell und überaus freundlich auch die Reinigungsleute waren herausragend. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns überall quasi von den Augen abgelesen, und man spürte die aufrichtige Freude, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder beim Zimmerservice – die Effizienz und Freundlichkeit waren beeindruckend, wenn wir das Zimmer verliesen wartete eine Überaschung bezüglich unserers Hochzeitstag auf uns und das Zimmer wurde anstantslos gesäubert. Auch die Zimmer ließen keinerlei Wünsche offen. Sie waren nicht nur makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch äußerst komfortabel und boten eine erholsame Atmosphäre. Jedes Detail schien sorgfältig durchdacht, um den Gästen maximalen Komfort zu bieten. Die Annehmlichkeiten im Welness waren auf höchstem Niveau und trugen maßgeblich zu unserem Wohlbefinden bei. Das gesamte Hotel besticht durch eine exzellente Ausstattung und eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Es ist offensichtlich, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Wir können das Ermitage Schönried uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Es war eine wahre Freude, hier Gast sein zu dürfen!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce cadre magnifique. L’accueil chaleureux, le confort de l’hôtel et la qualité des repas nous ont pleinement satisfaits. Un grand merci également à Ruth, notre guide, pour la superbe randonnée au lac Lauenen et dans sa région. Ce moment restera gravé dans nos mémoires ! Haben das SPA als externe Gäste besucht besucht. CHF 40 pro Person für zwei Stunden sind schon anspruchsvoll. Aber der Energieverbrauch des Solbades dürfte enorm sein. Im kleinen Becken ( ca 35 Grad ) blubberts und strömts ständig. So weit, so gut. Das alles Aufpreis kostet ( Bademantel, Handtücher ) ist das eine , dass aber keine Erfrischung zur Selbstbedienung bereit steht ist das andere und eines Fünf-Sterne Hause nicht angemessen. Das geht auch anders und besser....

L’accueil était conforme à ce que l’on attend d’un 5 * Installations sportives OK mais grand manque de chaises longues à la piscine intérieure. Restauration malheureusement très banale pour 1 5*, aucun plat premium le soir bien qu’en octobre on attend une offre de plats truffés et de la chasse; or rien de tout çà. On a servi à ma soeur un ragoût sans viande, juste de la sauce sur les pâtes !!! De plus, la proposition pour le midi est tout-à-fait insuffisante (soupe et salade…!) Le buffet de fromages est décevant…pas de vacherin ni de tête de moine, ni d’Appenzel, ni un petit choix de fromages français Et les dessert étaient très limités, pas de flambés et choix maigre de glaces. Bref l’offre de restauration est minimaliste et en plus le service est très très lent (à 22 heures on attendait encore le dessert, c’est-à-dire depuis + de 3 heures ! Les mini suites étaient correctes. Le personnel pour les soins est insuffisant (je n’ai pas pu avoir un simple massage lymphatique).

Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel wirkte nicht festlich – es gab keine ansprechende Dekoration für die Feiertage, und auch draußen fehlten Lichterketten oder schöne Kerzen, wie man sie in anderen Hotels oft findet. Es fühlte sich eher unentspannt an: In den Gängen stand viel Gepäck, und das Personal wirkte gestresst. Das Zimmer, das wir zu dritt teilten, war jedoch in Ordnung. Der Spa-Bereich war lieblos gestaltet, und der Zugang erfolgte durch einen Kiosk, durch den auch Gäste mit schmutzigen Schuhen gingen – das ist absolut unakzeptabel. Besonders in der Hochsaison, wenn das Hotel voll ist, sollte man niemanden auswärtigen hereinlassen. Der Pool war überwiegend von Kindern bevölkert, was an sich kein Problem ist, aber in einer solchen Preisklasse sollte man sowohl Ruhe- als auch Familienbereiche berücksichtigen können. Zudem fehlten im Ruheraum Decken, und die Temperaturen waren insgesamt unangenehm – sowohl im Wasser als auch in den Räumen. Das Essen war enttäuschend. Die Portionen waren sehr klein, und es gab keine Möglichkeit, etwas anderes zu bestellen. Einzig das Käsebuffet am Abend war vielfältig. Der Nachmittagskuchen wurde von einem unmotivierten Kellner serviert, und auch beim Frühstück sagte ein anderer Kellner: „Das Wasser können Sie morgen selbst holen, das ist nicht mein Job.“ Ich kann verstehen, dass es bei hohem Gästeaufkommen stressig wird, aber in einem 5-Sterne-Haus ist so etwas nicht akzeptabel. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich unsere Kellnerin Samira, die an zwei Abenden hervorragenden und sympathischen Service bot, sowie mehrere Kellner aus der Bar, die ihren Job ausgezeichnet machten. Zusammenfassend möchte ich betonen, dass es immer Dinge gibt, die verbessert werden können, aber wenn man für drei Nächte eine hohe Summe bezahlt, erwartet man ein entsprechendes Niveau an Qualität und Service.“ Es sieht wirklich aus wie es Sparmassnahmen gegeben hat.

Wir durften ein paar wunderbare Tage im Ermitage Wellness- & Spa-Hotel verbringen und waren absolut begeistert! Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets hilfsbereit, professionell und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen – genau so stellt man sich Gastfreundschaft vor! Das Ambiente, die Herzlichkeit des Rezeption-Teams und die Liebe zum Detail haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der traumhafte Spa-Bereich, die kulinarischen Highlights und der aufmerksame Service – hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts! Wir können das Hotel aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das ganze Ermitage-Team für diese unvergessliche Zeit!
