Ich habe mich an die Pension Zillnhäusl gewendet und ein Zimmer per E-Mail gebucht. Die Kommunikation war zunächst freundlich - daher habe ich mich auch für das Zimmer letztendlich entschieden. Ich wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt auf Stornierungskosten etc. hingewiesen! Auch auf der Homepage steht nicht! Leider musste ich am NÄCHSTEN Tag (15 Tage bis zum Zeitpunkt des Urlaubs) aus beruflichen Gründen (die ich so nicht habe kommen sehen) das Zimmer stornieren. Auf meine freundliche E-Mail kam nur eine Aufforderung die 80% der Kosten auf ein Konto zu überweisen. Auf meine Vorschläge den Termin zu verschieben habe ich keine Antwort erhalten - es wurde mir mit einem Inkasso-Verfahren gedroht. Ob das Zimmer nun weitervermietet und doppelt Abgesahnt wird kann ich nicht beurteilen, da mir auch diesbezüglich (auf mehrmaliges Anfragen) keine Auskunft gegeben wurde. Aufgrund dieser unfreundlichen Art der Kommunikation und keiner Bemühung um ein Entgegenkommen muss ich die Pension leider mit der Note "sehr schlecht" bewerten! Ich selbst werde bei meinem nächsten Urlaub nicht mehr in der Pension anfragen und werde auch meine Freunde davor bewahren. Alle diejenigen, die sich mögliche Komplikationen ersparen möchten, rate ich von einer Buchung in dieser Pension dringlichst ab!
