das hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber in einem hotel indem hunde erlaubt sind sollte es keine teppiche geben. der teppich war sehr störend in unserem zimmer, das ist unhygienisch es hätte ja parkett. das essen war sehr hübsch anzuschauen aber auch für uns zu kleinteilig. wir hätten lieber ein richtiges stück fisch und weniger chichi. der preis ist sehr stolz. bei diesem preis sollte es nicht noch nötig sein käse oder fleisch mit zusätzlichen kosten dazu zu kaufen. die bedienung ist sehr nett aber zufest auf verkauf getrimmt, kaum nippt man am glas wird schon nachgeschenkt und immer wieder gefragt noch ein wasser noch eine flasche wein noch käse noch das wagyu. natürlich das alles supplement! man kann sich selber melden wenn was fehlt und es wird dadurch immer wieder das gespräch am tisch unterbrochen was störend ist.

2 Michelin Sterne sind wirklich gerechtfertigt. Man wird mit Du angesprochen, aber gefragt, ob man damit einverstanden ist. Supertolles junges Team. Was die Mann- und Frauschaft seit 2021 erreicht hat ,ist mehr als bewundernswert. Tolles Ambiente.Viel Liebe zum Detail.

Es war einfach fantastisch. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und die Freundlichkeit sowie Zuvorkommenheit zog sich beim gesamten Team durch. Wunderschöne Zimmer inkl. Umgebung. Aber der absolute Höhepunkt war das Menü. Bei den verschiedenen Amuse Gueules bzw. Amuse Bouches angefangen, danach sensationelle 7 Gänge bis hin zu den süssen Köstlichkeiten zum Kaffee. Die diversen Geschmäcker und trotzdem jeweils das brillierende Hauptprodukt und dann die Saucen..... fantastische Mund-Explosionen. Einfach nur GENUSS PUR!!! Vielen herzlichen Dank!!!!! Very charming hotel with lots of character both inside (light and airy, but with wooden beams, balconies and tasteful, new and modern fixtures) and outside as well (jacuzzi, small pool, manicured lawn with creek and lounge chairs). They even had a sauna. It felt like a zen-like oasis / fairy tale location (think Hansel and Gretel in an old charming wooden cottage) near a forest. My biggest gripe is that we could not eat in the hotel restaurant for dinner as it was “fully booked”. Some sort of high Michelin rating. I looked in the doors of the restaurant area and could only see like 10 tables which were mostly 2-person tables. So I recommend reserving when you book. Btw - the hotel seemed to cater to couples (no children below like 14) for special occasions. The hotel does not have much of any view of Schluchsee (like 20min walk to actual lake which seems very pretty). Not sure what options would be there if you wanted to enjoy the lake (rent a boat, kayak, swim) during your stay (we only stayed one night).

Die Küche bietet absolut Hervorragendes. Das ist die Hauptsache, denn dafür kommt man in die Mühle. Also haben wir ein herrliches Menu genossen. Wir fanden den Service sehr aufmerksam, die Weinkarte interessant und verlockend. Was uns aber überhaupt nicht zusagte war, dass man uns bei der Ankunft mitteilte, dass man sich in der Mühle duze. Warum? wofür, weshalb? Sowas hat doch ein Betrieb wie die Mühle nicht nötig. Hier verkehrten bei unserem Besuch durchwegs ältere Gäste, keine Teenies oder Twens, dem müsste man Rechnung tragen und beim respektvollen SIE bleiben. Bitte schafft diese Anbiederung ab!

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, in einem schön angelegten Garten. Die Terrasse lädt sofort zum verweilen ein. Die Begrüssung ist herzlich und freundlich. Das Personal jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer schlicht, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und kann sofort entspannen. Für ein kleines Abendessen wird eine Vesperplatte geboten oder als absoluter Höhepunkt ein Menü im eigenen Restaurant - Genuss pur.

Ein herrliches Haus. Wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr nettes Personal und ruhige Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut , das Abendessen absolut 2 Sterne. Super angerichtet und geschmacklich toll. Gehen jederzeit wieder zum genießen dort hin.

Kurzfristig konnten wir noch ein Zimmer, sowie 2 Plätze im Gourmet Restaurant buchen. Schon die telefonische Reservierung war von absoluter Herzlich- und Freundlichkeit geprägt. Dies hat sich dann bei Anreise bis zur Abreise fortgesetzt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Kategorie L mit Balkon. Der kleine Aufpreis ist es wert. Der Abend bei Niclas Nussbaumer und Service-Team war ein absoluter Genuss! Wahre Geschmacksexplosionen bei sehr guter Qualität der Nahrungsmittel haben uns eine tolle Auszeit vom Alltag bereitet. Sogar eine alkoholfreie Begleitung wurde auf Wunsch umgesetzt. Preis-Leistung absolut passend.
