A hotel with a hot spring. The view from the balcony is good. It’s not far from the lake. It’s suitable for walking. If you don’t want to go to the town to eat at night, you can eat at the restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast is pretty good. It turned out to be an international chain

We had been to Karma Bavaria in the 1st week of Feb 25 to celebrate my Birthday. Our experience at the hotel was beyond our expectations all thanks to the lovely and wonderful staff. Lisa at the front desk for her hospitality. Karthick and Nihan who made us so comfortable and welcoming. Team Dennis Rocks. The chef who made my birthday cake which was so beautiful and yum yum. Great location, very good Spa facilities and lovely friendly staff. Highly recommended. We are already thinking to come back next month for another week of skiing. Walking distance from the station, bus stop right outside and a great restaurant few steps away.

We loved our trip here. Staff looked after us ever so well, nothing was too much! The hotel cleaniness is immaculate. The studio we had was very spacious. The area is beautiful too. We enjoyed our walks around Schliersee and Spitzingsee. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved Karma Bavaria! Right from the very start, the service we received was exceptional at all times. Our room was actually an apartment, as we are Karma members, and was very spacious and had everything we could possibly have wanted. The hotel caters for all ages really well and indeed there were guests of every age and stage of life while we were there. There's a huge indoor pool and jacuzzi and a games room, a great relaxing seating area downstairs outside the restaurant which serves a wonderful variety of food. The hotel is in the beautiful little village of Schliersee which is very walkable and also close to many other towns by the very easily accessible bus and rail network. It's also only about an hour's drive from Munich or slightly longer on the train. My partner was able to head up to the ski fields very easily also, for a day or snowboarding. We will definitely be returning to Karma Bavaria as we are keen to see it and the surrounding area in a warmer season and I would recommend this hotel to anyone hoping for a relaxing holiday but with the option of plenty to do.

Indoor-Pool nicht nutzbar (Wasser ausgelaufen) Kegelbahn nicht nutzbar (wg des Wasserschadens), Balkon sieht aus wie Baustelle, Flure wirken wie in Jugendherberge, später Checkin (16:00) und drittes Bett war nicht bereitet, Checkout hingegen sportlich 6:00-10:00. der Rezeption wird man als Gast geduzt (für Hostels wäre das ok, aber nicht in dieser Preiskategorie), Essen im Restaurant überteuert, Salat für 12€ bestand aus Rucola und 3 Kirschtomaten, die Avocado lt Karte wurde weggelassen. Wegen des leergelaufenden Indoorpools („der Kollege der Nachtschicht hat vergessen, ein Ventil zu betätigen“..das wurde an der Rezeption vom Personal den Gästen erzählt!) wurde angeboten, dass wir im Ort ins Hallenbad gehen und dafür der Eintrittspreis erstattet wird: das Hallenbad war überfüllt und hatte zeitweise Einlass-Stopp, schwimmen konnte man dadurch nicht und mit Wellness hat das nichts mehr zu tun, eher mit 10 Kindergeburtstagen gleichzeitig. Fazit: für stolzen Preis eine herbe Enttäuschung und definitiv keine Empfehlung. Aufgrund der Gesamtheit der Mängel würde ich hier auch nie mehr buchen. Nachtrag: am Abreisetag kam nur braunes Wasser aus dem Hahn im Bad

The resort is nestled into a perfect view of the stunning Alps. The staff and the front desk are amazingly helpful and speak fluent English. Whether you are looking for directions or a new excursion they will help you. The dining was marvelous also. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely accommodating.
