房間很小很簡陋，外部環境不錯，我們遺失了化粧品在洗手枱，用不同郵箱連發了兩個郵件聯繫也沒有回覆（入住前郵件聯繫的很快），找客服問結果説沒看到，對服務很失望

Nice Clean Hotel, about 10/12 minute walk to Schladming centre. Supermarket around corner. Had to park motorcycles across road from hotel as we were requested not to park at front of property (area reserved for restaurant guests). Quite area on edge of town

Sehr freundlich, super Frühstück (alles vorhanden und schmeckt sehr gut), nette Atmosphäre, sehr gute Küche auch im Restaurant, einheimisches Personal, zentrale Lage, Kinderfreundlich, schöne saubere Zimmer mit Balkon, ruhige Lage

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, ist sauber und das Frühstück war toll. Aber am besten war das Personal und die Verfügbarkeit des Zimmers. Ich kam um ca. 10:00 Uhr vormittags und das Zimmer stand schon für mich bereit, auch wenn es mir gereicht hätte, wenn mein KFZ einen Abstellplatz bekommen hätte. Danke dafür!!!
