Unser Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Der Ausblick aus dem Penthouse war atemberaubend, die Ausstattung ist modern und alles ist neu. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und in der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der privaten Mini-Sauna und dem Kamin – ein echtes Highlight. Allerdings gab es einige Aspekte, die unseren Eindruck deutlich getrübt haben: In den Apartments war weder Handseife vorhanden noch Shampoo oder Duschgel – nicht einmal grundlegende Hygieneartikel. Auf unsere Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese separat gekauft werden müssten, was uns sehr irritierte. Nach der Abreise wurden uns zudem noch Gebühren für die Nutzung von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche berechnet, obwohl wir mit weniger Personen angereist sind und nicht alle Betten genutzt haben. Ich habe fast acht Jahre in der österreichischen Tourismusbranche gearbeitet, aber eine solche Sparsamkeit auf Kosten der Gäste habe ich noch nie erlebt. Angesichts des doch recht hohen Preises für das Apartment war diese Haltung für uns sehr enttäuschend und unverständlich. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste könnte MyLodge ein wirklich hervorragender Ort sein.

Apartment sind modern und sauber, aber ein 2er-Sofa in einer Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern wo bei 4 Leuten einer auf den harten Stühlen sitzen muss? Eine komplette Preisliste für eventuell zerbrochene Teller, Gläser, Töpfe usw? Villeroy & Boch Teller in einer Fereinwohnung? Naja. Nerviger ist die Ansage dass keine Party‘s gefeiert werden sollen und das um die Ruhe der anderen Gäste zu wahren und in 5 Tagen haben unsere Nachbarn jeden Abend besoffen gefeiert und das bis 2 Uhr morgens… Rezeption ist aber ab 18 Uhr verwaist… Insgesamt alles zu stark auf Kommerz aus, zu kompliziert und dafür zu teuer. Wir werden es nicht mehr buchen.
