Bis zur Abreise waren wir zufrieden. Sauna, Zimmer sehr gut. Frühstück lecker. Dann gab es ein Gespräch an der Rezeption über die Kurztaxe etc., was wir nicht wollten und wurden belehrt… Tipp: Stramm beim Bezahlen die Schnauze halten. Wir gehen nicht mehr hin.

Unfreundlichkeit ist gar kein Ausdruck für das was ich erlebt habe... Ich habe Hausverbot bekommen, weil ich eine Buchungsänderung angefragt habe! Ich hatte eine Änderungsanfrage unserer Buchung via *********** gemacht, da für den Zeitraum unseres Aufenthaltes schwerste Unwetterwarnungen ausgesprochen waren (Sturmböen bis zu 180 km/h, Baumsturzgefahr im gesamten Harzgebiet = Lebensgefahr!). Die Anfrage per Email wurde wie folgt beantwortet: "Leider geht das nicht. Bei uns ist es aber auch nicht schlimm" Daraufhin rief ich bei der Unterkunft an und wurde direkt ohne die Möglichkeit einer Erklärung beschimpft: "solche Gäste wie wir würden den Hoteliers die Existenz nehmen und ich solle bitte niemals wieder kommen, Gäste wie ich es sei, möchten sie in Ihrer Unterkunft nicht haben!!!" Daraufhin hat die Frau den Hörer aufgeknallt, mich bei WhatsApp blockiert und weitere Anrufversuche wurden ignoriert (!) Bei allem Respekt vor den Hoteliers in Coronazeiten, aber so ein Verhalten ist kein Verhalten, sowas ist unfair und absolut emotional und nicht rational! Wir hätten bestimmt eine Lösung gefunden aber sowas macht mich einfach nur traurig...😫
