Very clean friendly helpful staff hot breakfast nice fitness center swimming pool over all Very nice place grate location restaurants and gas stations in walking distance stay here often around 8 times a month no complaints here only place ill stay in the Chicago area

Located off Route 41 / Route 30, in a quiet cul-de-sac hides this quaint place from main street traffic. Breakfasts had a variety to choose from, simple, yet yummy. We had a relaxing place to retreat to after visiting family. The room was clean and comfort exceeded my expectations. The pool was clean and attended daily. We really enjoyed the upper deck in the evening.

I really wanted to love this hotel as I have the other Best Westerens I've stayed in but this location fell just a few steps short. It is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff throughtout the whole stay was very friendly and helpful. It was also quiet, which I appreciate. The breakfast was typical..eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, bagels, mini doughnuts and cereal. Good enough for the kids, so I'll take it! The location was decent but when traveling at night, I couldn't see it from the main road. Took me a minute to figure out it was right behind McDonald's. View was not ideal but wasn't there for the view. The only 2 issues I had (which I did not address) was the ice machine not working (always read "machine off" or "making ice" but then would be off) and the mattress was a hard as a rock!

We had an excellent stay. Front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and kind. The room was superbly clean. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Nice location. Thank you!!!!

The photos are misleading of the surrounding area. It is not a good area. The hotel front desk attendants were not helpful at all in helping me to use my free one night stay which I had earned. The hotel also does not have an elevator which they should make that known.

Incredibly disappointed. The rooms were dirty to the point that I am calling the health department. And then I'm being charged an additional $100 cleaning fee for the towels that were dirty from cleaning the room myself.
