Ripped/ torn bed sheets. Stained bed sheets. Stained mattress (brown and red...). Bed bugs between sheet and mattress. Gum on walls. Gum on bathroom door. Rusted bathroom door hook. Rusted bathroom taps and sink. Rusted bathroom kleenex box holder. Dirty carpet. Foul odor.

This was the most disgusting place inside. No elevator, dirty stairwell, filthy room. Stained carpet, dirty carpet, ripped wallpaper ,the walls and lampshade were marked with pen and marker like some preschooler. Overall disgusting. We walked out and never stayed.

If you're a flesh-eating zombie, then you will love this hotel. If you're a living, breathing human being, then you will not. We walked into our room after midnight check-in to find that the power had been shut off in our room. Meaning that after 90 degree temperatures all day, the room had no air conditioning whatsoever. A call to the front desk provided no recourse, as the attendant who had literally just checked us in said that he had no information on as to why the air conditioning had been shut off in an un-occupied room. Clearly this was a cost saving measure, having seen the rest of the facility. We also requested an additional pillow. Even just one. Considering that we were two (2) guests sharing a Queen-sized bed, which was equipped with three (3) Twin-sized pillows. The attendant informed me that they could not provide any additional pillows, because; (a) the hotel was allegedly completely booked, with no vacancies, which apparently means that every possible pillow was in-use, and (b) guests tend to steal pillows from this hotel. With their kind of guests and the abundance of illicit substance use, we are certainly not surprised. The bathroom was equipped with: an over-head heat lamp, three (3) out of four (4) vanity lights in-tact, a sink that was clearly sat on at one point and breaking off of the wall from the weight, just enough bath towels for one (1) guest, and enough strange hairs to make a paintbrush. To top it all off, there were always flies or fleas or gnats that would come up out of the sink drain and bounce around your ankles. Any positive review of this establishment is clearly written by an employee, supervisor, or representative of the staff. Because, I find it very difficult to believe that our room just so happened to be the only room in this condition. There are no coincidences, only consequences.

Place was run down. Secondary lock on door was broke in our first room we booked. The floor rug was nasty looking. The refrigerator was so high you could not reach it. Plugs looked like it could start a fire. The second room the bed and covers were nasty and dirty. We did not stay the second night.

Not for me ! The pool was not is yes and that’s not clear from photos or details when booking . Was initially double charged on my credit card . Fridge froze everything. Shower and tap water shot out horizontally. Bed has metal clang when you laid on them . Most people took one look at breakfast food and went next door to McDonald’s.

Family and friendly oriented. Highly recommend this hotel!
