What an amazing experience! We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for almost a month and we had such exceptional customer service! We were treated like royalty and the hotel was safe, clean, located within walking distance and they made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Special thank you to John, the Manager whose team were professional; kind and hospitable. Any packages that we had delivered were always safely secured. The front desk team was fantastic! Always greeting us with smile and some delicious chocolate chip cookies! Sal, Ashley, Don. Collin, Jason, Jamie, chef Andraia, Raman and Vishal along with the entire Housekeeping staff were phenomenal! The restaurant in the hotel offered a wide variety of delicious eats! The amenities are fantastic and we look forward to staying here again in the near future! We miss the staff and thank them for being so gracious and wonderful too! God bless you:)

Don and Michelle where the best manager and desk agent I have ever encountered at a hotel Michelle gave me cookies and don gave me life advice and made me think critically about my future (please promote them they really do deserve it)

As with many well-known hotel chains, your experience can depend on who’s working during your stay. My only complaint was finding a strand of hair on the shower handle. I called the front desk, but no one followed up. I'm not sure if they were busy, forgot, or if my message got lost. Overall, my experience was good; I loved the location as it was within walking distance of Center City and the main attractions. The staff were super friendly, the dining area was spacious, and the breakfast was enjoyable (not included).

Seems ok. Rooms were a bit small and the bathrooms smaller. Satellite TV wasn’t working too well and one of the elevators was out of service. Nothing great and nothing bad but not sure I’d visit again vs a Hampton inn instead.

The best supper turned into the worst breakfast on our trip. $4 for a 4 oz glass of iced tea, no refill, not unsweetened, over cooked eggs, no jelly for the toast, and a server with an attitude. Not something one would expect from a Hilton location.

I liked the fitness room and swimming pool.
I did not like that that late check out is only very limited possible (till 1pm).
The food is ok but a poor variability. E.g. I asked for a yogurt every morning (4 times) and it was not possible to get one.
Cleanliness: the windows are very dirty...
I however would come again to the hotel as overall service and performance is ok.
