I spent 2 days with my friend at Kaiser Lodge and was amazing. I booked a room with lake entrance. Receptionist surprised was with upgrade to a 2 floors apartment. Luckily the weather was really nice sunny and warm. All afternoon we were swimming and sunbathing at natural lake. Breakfast is nice combination of buffet and service breakfast. Food was really good quality- organic/bio. Receptionist Verena was really friendly she gave us nice recommendations for dinner in the village.

Absolutely perfect ski hotel. Super modern design, the apartment was very spacious, stylish, comfortable. Hotel location is awesome. Ski bus comes right in front and slopes are very close. 20 mins from Kitzbuhel. Staff extraordinarily kind and friendly. We loved the spa area a lot which is lovely to use after a day of skiing. Would imagine summertime equally lovely for summer hiking in this location. Nice concept all in all. Lovely family holiday for us.

We wanted to do something different this Christmas so we booked a 2 night stay in a two bed/2 bath apartment with mountain views (4 people). Everything looked great online & the reviews were good. The Kaiserlodge did not disappoint! The room was fantastic, everything was extremely high-quality from the workmanship of the decorating & woodwork to the furnishings, to the bathroom products. The views were beautiful, it was just a shame we didn’t get chance to use the lovely wrap around balcony. We had two evening meals in the restaurant both of which were excellent; lovely well presented food & friendly helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. We also had breakfast on both days; also excellent with plenty of choice for everyone. The spa was well equipped with a sizable indoor pool with the option to swim outside, 3 sauna’s (steam, sauna & infrared) & numerous showering facilities. There were plenty of loungers & a quiet room – all with stunning views. We are a family of frequent international travelers having collectively visited almost 100 countries & been fortunate to have stayed in hundreds of high end hotels. The Kasierlodge compares favorably with the very best places we have stayed; we can highly recommend.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Eine herzliche Begrüßung mit persönlicher Begleitung zum Zimmer. Für uns -3 Erwachsene, davon 1 Seniorin, plus Hund- war die große Gartensuite die perfekte Wahl. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind umzäunt, so dass unsere kleine Hündin sich frei bewegen konnte. Die Badezimmer sind Wellness-Tempel, behaglich warm, schöne Einrichtung, hochwertige Textilien. Auch die Betten sind top! Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist ungezwungen, herzlich und behaglich. Die Inneneinrichtung gemütlich und gleichzeitig modern, sogar stylisch. Das Kaisers Daily hat eine köstliche Speisekarte, wir waren jeden Abend begeistert. Alles zu fairen Preisen. Sowohl für Gutes als auch schlechtes Wetter ist das Angebot top. Ein geräumiger und gut belüftet Kraftraum mit sehr hochwertigen Geräten in großer Auswahl. Mehrere Pools, Dachterrasse, mehrere Saunen und Loungebereiche. Und bei Schlechtwetter ist die gesamte Hotellobby empfehlenswert, mit einem guten Buch und einem Tee lässt sich dort herrlich entspannen. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos herzlich, aufmerksam und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Hunde sind willkommen.

Wahnsinns Hotel mit sehr gepflegter Anlage. Wir haben hauptsächlich die Kraftschmiede und das Spa genutzt was beides mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Im Spa empfehlen wir unbedingt eine Gesichtsbehandlung sich geben zu lassen man sieht den Effekt sofort. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl, kann super gut entspannen und entschleunigt vom Alltag. Das Personal in jeder Abteilung arbeitet einfach auf so einem kompetenten hohen Niveau das es Spaß macht dort Gast zu sein.

Die Kaiserlodge ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen für die ganze Familie angefangen von den gemütlichen Appartements mit individuell gestalteten Hygieneprodukten( neu:der eigene Kaiserlodgeduft) über den Pool und die Sauna mit Aussicht und die Möglichkeiten sich selbst zu versorgen oder kulinarisch verwöhnt zu werden, dazu das durchweg nette Personal.

Sehr schönes Appartmenthotel mit Ecken und Kanten. 1. Schönes Bergappartment mit großem Wohnbereich. 2. Große Seesuite leider etwas zu klein . Balkon etwas schmutzig , Sauberkeit insgesamt ausbaufähig. 3. Frühstücksservice hat leider nachgelassen . 2023 wurden einem die Getränke noch an den Tisch gebracht , jetzt gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung. Für die Preiskategorie nicht akzeptabel. Auswahl beim Frühstück in den meisten 4 Sterne Hotels, die wir besucht haben, bisher um Welten besser und vielfältiger . 4. Gutes Essen im Deli, wenn auch manchmal mit längerer Wartezeit verbunden 5. Der Spa ist zu klein geraten und schließt schon um 19 Uhr. 6. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt leider ungenügend. Zimmerreinigung kostet extra. Auch das Angebot an Aktivitäten ist ungenügend und kostet zusätzlichen Aufpreis. Wir werden jetzt Ausschau nach einer besseren Alternative halten .
