Very clean. Loved our King suite, especially for the price!!! Food was good, but they had a bit of a hard time keeping up with hot items being stocked... It was pretty packed though, so it was understandable. They kindly gave me a late checkout so the kids could swim after breakfast... Pool is a little small and we're always a fan of a hotel with a hot tub (which this one doesn't have), but it was clean and did the job for the kiddos anyways. Overall, one of the best Hamptons we have been to and we will definitely go back when in the Chicago area.

Very happy with this hotel. The hotel is clean, rooms are well equipped, staff are very friendly. Excellent choice for breakfast. A special mention to Anthony the night manager for making both Zoey and Nicki trip enjoyable and being so friendly.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. I needed to extend stay and they were very helpful keeping me in the same room since availability was present. Breakfast is very helpful, friendly staff. Gina is an example of someone who will go out of her way to ensure a guest feels welcomed.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet AC, helpful front desk employees. Easy free parking. Anthony in particular was super friendly and went out of his way to help us out. My coworker ended up having to take an overnight flight and arrived at the hotel an hour before we had to head to our event. Anthony went out of his way to get him checked in early so that he could get a nap and a shower before heading to work which was amazingly helpful. Thank you so much!
