I received an Airline voucher due to multiple flight cancellations and changes and chose this hotel to stay at overnight. The bed was incredibly soft and the top sheets were clean, however the mattress pad was very badly stained. Underneath the mattress pad was a zipped bed liner which I appreciated. The room has a stale mildew scent which was made worse when I turned on the AC unit by the window. The room lacked thorough cleaning however with hair in the bathroom, grime on the walls, the bathroom had significant mildew and the tub needs to be resurfaced. I appreciate the airline providing a free hotel, but the state of the room made me only feel comfortable sleeping on the bed for a few short hours before returning to the airport lounge to wait for my next flight. The hotel offers a free breakfast, but do to the lack of thorough cleaning in the room, I opted not to utilize the free breakfast. The hotel offers a hourly free shuttle back to O’Hare airport which I did utilize. Would not recommend this hotel unless you’re stranded at the airport and provided with a hotel voucher.

The lobby was clean. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The hotel had an odd smell to it and near the ice machine garbage was piled up.

My family’s overall experience was great. Only complaint was the shower faucet handle was loose and kept sliding down to hot water. 😬 But we managed and didn’t complain. The pool was a bit cold but hey, the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was amazing, beds comfy and rooms and hallways clean. We will return.
