Stayed three nights. Great location. Cleanliness is okay, housekeeping every three days, so I received no service until after I left. Amenities are bare minimum. Good location and a place to sleep if you're in the area.

The transportation around the hotel is convenient, and it takes more than 20 minutes to get to O'Hare Airport. The heater fan is too loud and the equipment is old.

The hallways smell very bad. The bathroom is a bit dingy. The sheets were clean. They don't offer dry cleaning/laundry and they clean the room after 3 nights minimum. They don't have some amenities stocked like medicine, etc in the store. I stayed here because it was cheap and close the Renaissance hotel and convention center. For the price it was worth it.

Clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. Room was spotless with great amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

I gave a 75 cash security deposit which the owner / manager gave us a signed recite after counting it on camera. When we checked out the envelope only had 60. After talking with the owner/ manager who took the deposit he stated he had to file a police report because one of his staff must have stole from the envelope. Instead of returning the funds in full this hotel “Wyndham garden “ Schaumburg,IL the owner/ manager is playing games and is a thief. This is in addition to this hotel and franchise of Wyndham is filthy dirty and a disgrace to the franchise and I wouldn’t even give it one full star. I would highly recommend choosing a motel six or a motel eight as a couple steps above the rating of this location.

Old, dirty, broken. No food/pool. Find another option if possible. People working were nice but the place is not maintained. The ceilings were leaking from rain the day before. The a/c barely dropped the temperature. The thermometer inthe room had corroded batteries so it did not show a temp. United will give you a voucher for this place if they screw up your flight. I'm sure the rate United pays is low and your experience will reflect the budget rate. It is also far (8 miles) from Ohare. That is $40 for an Uber. There is a shuttle but if United is having issues at Ohare you may find the shuttle demand is beyond capacity.
