The room is very spacious, the quilt fabric is very comfortable, it's the first time I've experienced this kind of quilt, very comfortable. The hotel has a welcome check-in ceremony from 5:30 to 7 pm every day, and you can get 2 free drinks in the restaurant (beer or soft drinks are OK), you can sit and drink and chat, and you can also watch TV programs, it's very relaxing.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was the perfect size for 4 people. The pool was closed which was not listed on the website. This was about 75% of the reason we booked here. We were wanting to be close to Top Golf and the mall, so there were several other options I could have chosen.

We had a super stay last weekend when we visited for a family funeral. It looks like an older property that has been redone. The lobby and atrium are beautiful and super clean. Our room was spotless and very very quiet. We enjoyed the giant breakfast- key when traveling with teenagers.

Good location. Decent facilities. Amenities were fine. Breakfast was decent. Value is good. But I had 3 complaints: 1) no clock in room. Any hotel without a clock in room automatically gets a point lower for any review I have. A mobile is not a night clock. How difficult or expensive can it be to supply a simple alarm clock? If only on request? I don't understand this new pervasive trend. 2) No wipes in Fitness Center - that indicates poor housekeeping/maintenance. No point in asking at the time, because it could be hours before the problem is addressed (but I did mention it at check out) 3) I had a problem in the room significant enough to warrant a credit. I asked and was promised one. Didn't happen.

I loved the service here , the people are amazing there the front desk clerk is very friendly . Hotel rooms are really nice and clean .very clean bathroom and hallways . The only thing is the kids were running around too much for one day but that’s ok . No more jacuzzi at this location very upset about this but still good time here . Excellent breakfast and happy hour were amazing but wish they had more choices with the snacks . My favorite people were the cook Juan and angel and servers were nice and Citlalli were absolutely the best!!! She took our order at happy hour with a smile and were very respectful. Juan and angel were respectful as well and cooked us whatever we ordered with no problems. I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you everything!
