Very bad experience..Power outage issue..for whole day.. Elevator not working..Had to take stairs..Checkin I did after 11:00PM had to wait 2 hours for check in.. Totally dissatisfied.. Request to refund back

We were only there for one night with our 8th graders but Sergio and John made us feel right at home. Their service was too notch and they catered to our group of 60+ in every way. Thank you for making it a great experience.

The restaurant server John is outstanding. Kind professional and understanding. I wish I could find more people like this. The food is great and the staff is friendly. I am going to miss his service.

John serving at the Hotel bar was amazing! He elevated my stay with a personable experience. I ate dinner here each night of my weeks stay. He remembered my drink preference, and checked in on my day. Very warm and welcoming. The front desk concierge Nicolas was kind and checked in via text to ensure all my needs were met. Housekeeping recognized that I had taken the extra bedding from the 2nd queen and used on the one I was sleeping in. They remade it daily the same way; wonderful restocking. The whole hotel looked and smelled clean.

Stayed here as part of a quilting retreat. Teresa, Marian, and Anthony were on duty. They were very helpful including a complicated checkout.

The third shift staff should not be working. Food was below average. I ordered steak salad three times. Each time was different. Not good. Customer service ok. For a Diamond. This is very poor service

Very well run clean hotel with friendly staff and amenities. We were at a convention for weekend and stayed here for 3 night. At the breakfast bar Sergio took awesome care of us and the manager Erica worked with us in terms of making sure we were taken care of as we brought seniors with us. Thank you!
