Als Hotelgast 1h morgens alleine in der Therme.
Alle Saunaaufgüsse außergewöhnlich toll.
Sehr leckere Cocktails in der Bar (teuer).
Preise im Restaurant zu hoch.

Wir waren das erste mal in dem Hotel. Früher waren wir unzählige Male in anderen Hotels im der Region zu Gast.
Familiengeführtes Hotel! Und das merkt man. Super Mitarbeiter, die es als Berufung machen!

Das Hotel ist groß und bietet Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Ablagefläche war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und bietet Parkplätze. Leider war das Menü an beiden Abenden problematisch für einen Allergiker (vorab Info an das Hotel, welche Allergien vorhandensind). Eine Änderung war nicht möglich bzw wurde einfach alles problematische weggelassen. Der Kellner hatte Unverständnis über den Unmut zur Auswahl am Abend und der Qualität des Essens. Im Hauptgang gab es noch nicht einmal eine Soße, da sie die Zutat enthielt die man nicht essen darf. Alternativer Hauptgang Fehlanzeige. Preiselbeeren im original Glas wurde auf den Tisch gestellt, passte nur nicht zum Gang. Fleisch war sehr trocken. Beide Abende haben enttäuscht auch für den der keine Allergie hat. Frühstück naja Auswahl ok, Eierspeise kamen erst nach mehrfachem Fragen und dann war es super ölig/buttrig. Leider nicht vollständig essbar. Service war auch nicht den 5☆ entsprechend. Beim Auschecken ist man auf die Beschwerde nicht eingegangen und der Manager war nicht im Haus. Der Zugang zur Therme ist nett, jedoch kann es in der Therme laut sein, Ruhe findet man dort nur im Ruheraum der Saunalandschaft. Eine Wiederholung wird es definitiv aufgrund des Essens nicht geben!

War ein absolut tolles Reiseerlebnis, besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal vom check in bis zum check out ,es blieben keine Fragen ungelöst.
Die Therme und Wasserwelt sind toll aufgebaut,so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas bei ist.
Die Aussicht ist wirklich grandios.
Ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar.
Egal ob für ein Wellnesswochenende mit Freundinnen oder auch für die gesamte Familie ganz klasse.
Das Frühstücksbufett ist umwerfend und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen,defintiv wird jeder satt.
Das Zimmer super sauber ,vom Mobilar nicht jedermanns Geschmack, aber meist geht man ja nur zum Schlafen aufs Zimmer.
Wir waren rund um zufrieden und sind dankbar für diese tolle Erfahrung und kommen gern wieder.

5 stjernet service, spa og restaurant. Desværre er børn velkommen, også i hotelbaren kl.21 om aftenen. Der ville vi ønske personalet havde nægtet dem adgang, da man allerede havde hørt på børnelarm hele dagen.

Wir haben das Hotel für den direkten Zugang zum Spa gebucht. Das hat hervorragend funktioniert und ist durch keine vergleichbare Unterkunft zu überbieten.
Das Hotel ist geräumig und einladend, auch Speisesaal und Zimmer, leider wirkt es ein bisschen aus der Zeit gefallen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer (vor Allem Böden) und des Speisesaals (Stühle und Tische) könnten modernisiert werden.
Die Qualität des Essens war gut, aber den hohen Preisen nicht angemessen.
Wir sind zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, gleichzeitig habe ich das Gefühl, dass man bei fünf Sternen bei den genannten Punkten etwas mehr erwarten darf.
Bonuspunkt: SEHR freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
