The room was spacious, and the kitchen facilities were available for an additional fee, but the water supply was a bit slow. The 15-euro breakfast buffet was good, with delicious croissants, and a simple breakfast of coffee, croissant, and orange juice was also available. The location is convenient, not far from the city center and the airport. If booking two or more rooms, it's best to inform the front desk in advance and request adjoining rooms.

This hotel is located in the city center, making it easy to get around. Buses and subways are nearby. The nearby cafe and bakery are also delicious. It's a very safe area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

It's a total disaster. We stayed twice, for two days each time. One side of the building overlooks a very noisy avenue with traffic, and the other overlooks a much quieter garden. In the first room, the dishwasher was broken, and they told you that most of the rooms are the same, as the only explanation. Aside from that, the pillow was a very high cushion, and they told you they didn't have anything else. They left you a scouring pad as the only means of cleaning, but no cleaning product. We had to ask for very basic things missing from the kitchen, like a second breakfast bowl, but not before arguing with the receptionist because they wouldn't listen to us, saying they didn't have a replacement. The second time we stayed, the dishwasher worked, although the door was about to fall off. We found several things in the kitchen dirty. There was a noise coming from the ceiling, like an air conditioner that was running all day... The only solution they offered us was to change rooms if one was available the next day, so we had to sleep as best we could with that constant noise. There were three light bulbs out, two in the bathroom, leaving only one working light in the bathroom mirror. The location isn't great either, as it's about a 50-minute walk to the city center at a very brisk pace, or you can take public transportation, which takes at least 30 minutes. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but I couldn't let it go unnoticed how poorly they do everything at this place, which I wouldn't even name as a lodging. We stayed at three other lodgings in Belgium, and this was by far the worst. I hope this will spare some of you the experience we had.
