Kloster by b-Smart

This is an "unattended" hotel. There is no check-in/out desk. You check in on a tablet mounted on a cabinet at the entrance. I had some reservations (no pun intended) about this type of system, but decided to try it out. The good stuff: It's a good location, up on a hill with GREAT views. The included breakfast was OK. Not a lot of variety, but what they had was good. Now the bad stuff: 1. Overall, the room was very bare-bones. 2. No tilt-in windows. Every hotel I've ever stayed at anywhere in Europe has had them. This is especially important as there is no air conditioning. The windows open horizontally, but the wind will often blow them closed. 3. There are no shelves in the bathroom. The only space to put any toiletries is the little space available on a pedestal sink. Nothing in the shower. How much could it cost to put in shelves? 4. No room safe. No place to secure valuables. 5. The TV didn't work. The remote would turn it on and off, but not respond to any other buttons. Since the hotel is basically unattended, there's nobody to help fix it. There's a phone number to call, but my phone was on a data-only e-sim plan. Hence, I could not make any phone calls.
