My sister-in-law had previously stayed at this hotel and my partner and I would say that it was every bit as good as she said it would be. Our welcome was friendly and warm and our room was very clean and tidy. I would recommend using the online booking-in form that they send you prior to your arrival. The evening meal was delicious and the atmosphere in the main lounge was relaxed and quiet. All the staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We will be staying here again in the future.

Very smart clean hotel, poolside/steamroom/ jacuzzi nice addition, smart lounge/ bar area. Quiet locatio with good access to North beach. Plenty of free off road parking right next to hotel if car park is full. Friendly & helpful staff...

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Marsden Suite - the bed was really comfy, choice of pillows, very clean and spacious. Just one complaint about the bathroom - there is shampoo and soap fixed on the wall by the shower but nothing by the bath. Loved the dressing room layout. We ate in the restaurant two evening and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also delicious except for the scrambled egg - I tried it three times and it was like little rubber balls every time - needs cooking a bit less or not kept warm. Would definitely stay here next time we’re in Scarborough.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING wedding weekend. Fantastic Friday Night Games night to bring everyone together followed by our intimate wedding on the Saturday. Our guests were so impressed with the delicious food and accommodating staff. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel We stayed in the Donaldson Suite which was amazing and all of our guests had front facing rooms with spectacular views over the North Bay. The Management team worked with us to find local suppliers to make the function room bespoke to our dream. We will definitely be coming back to the Park Manor again.

This was our second stay at the hotel. I can recommend it! The location is good being very close to the lovely Peasholm Park, car parking is a bonus, the rooms are comfortable and it offers value for money. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room. We had dinner in the hotel on one night and there was a good choice to select from. Our meals were tasty, the service was good and the prices very reasonable. There's a spacious lounge where we enjoyed a pre dinner drink. We slept very well as there was no noise at all at night. No street noise or anything in the hotel to keep us awake. Breakfast items were freshly prepared and the service was quick. All the staff are very friendly, keen to help and very efficient.

Love this hotel, friendly staff, lovely food & good location. Well worth a visit. Always there to help if needed. Very clean &tidy Good facilities close to Peasholm park and the beach. Very close for shows on at the Spa outdoor Theatre & Sea world.

So pleased we booked the Donaldson Suite. The room was superb. The evening meal, and breakfast was superb. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Just a short walk down to North Beach. Thank you so much, just what we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our third visit in the last couple of years and only continue to be impressed by this independent hotel. Friendly and professional staff, perfectly adequate rooms with comfy beds, clean and tidy. Great lounge/bar area, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, well equipped games room for adults and children alike. Excellent breakfast and options for lunch (sampled yesterday also delicious and beautifully presented), dinner also available within the hotel. Ideal location a short walk from Peasholm Park and North Bay attractions. Hotel has a car park which can get busy, free on street car parking available widely in nearby streets so we haven't ever had a problem parking. Will definitely be returning, highly recommend.

Great location right opposite Peasholm Park this hotel is spotless! The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are welcoming and bright and have tea and coffee, the beds are comfy too. Hotel has a bar and games room but it also has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room that you can use. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the food is really good, made the way you like it! Have stayed here a couple of times and will continue to do so in the future.
