Amazing time for me and my son in the holidays. The view from our room of the sea was unreal. The hotel had everything we needed and the lady who ran the place was there and checked on us every day, absolutely will be back to this hotel.

We stayed in a family room which was really fresh and clean and the beds really comfy. The kids didn't want to leave. Amy was lovely and welcoming and had lots of ideas on where the kids would like to go. Free tea and coffee in the dining room was a blessing. The location is fantastic right on the North Bay with amazing views and a short walk down the hillside to the lovely quiet North Bay beach or the South Bay isn't too far away with the many attractions for the kids. We didn't need parking as we came by train but there was some free parking spaces for those who needed them. Absolutely loved the stay and will definitely go back again and again.

Amy was the most welcoming host and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Free tea and coffee all day, really convenient location. They don’t do food but it’s not needed. We had a little kitchenette in the room and there’s loads of eateries local and at a decent price. Amy had fab knowledge of the area and local amenities. Tastefully decorated and clearly cared for. Absolutely spotless. Highly recommended

Obnoxious service. Rooms not as good as expected. In general, not good value for money. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Kenton hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted in a friendly manner and provided information on the facilities, directions to free parking and our room. The premises are incredibly clean and have a lovely, welcoming vibe. The beds are super comfortable, as are the duvets and pillows. Complimentary tea, sugar, coffee and milk in the rooms and extras in the hall. There was also a mini fridge, an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, essentially everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay at the Kenton next time we're visiting Scarborough.

Late booking so did not know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised. The room was lovely, clean and very comfy bed. Location very good. Handy for North or South and close to Peasholme Park. Being able to park at the hotel is a bonus. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stop here again.

Had a wonderful time! The views and location are perfect, the rooms were lovely and clean. Felt really welcomed by the staff and were on hand throughout our stay, on site parking a great benefit. Would highly recommend and will be returning again and again 😊

We arrived early and fortunately our room was ready so we could check in immediately. We also were able to park which is a major bonus. Our host Amy was excellent. The room was a family room, a double bed and bunk beds which were comfortable. The hotel is in a great spot and very handy for either the North or South or the town. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
