As guesthouses go "the Outlook" is definitely the best value for money place we've stayed. We booked here for it's close proximity to the cricket ground as we were attending the Scarborough festival Yorkshire game, it's a 20 minute walk or if you are lazy like me it's a £6,80 4 minute taxi ride to the ground. Nothing was to much trouble for Stewart and Peter from cake on arrival to the offer of loaning umbrellas to swapping items on the very nice and comprehensive breakfast. Would absolutely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

What a place to stay. What a welcome. From the moment you get there the boys are so attentive. Fresh coffee and lemon drizzle on arrivals. They’re both friendly and very informative. We went to a restaurant which was recommended by Stuart and his recommendation didn’t let us down. The room was lovely had everything and more. Lovely bar area with lots of photos which I think will soon be replaced with award winning accolades because this place certainly needs to be on the map. Breakfast just perfect. On arrival we were greeted by Stuart and Peter who offered us a hot drink and some cake which was lovely, our room ( no 4) was really beautiful and looked over a lovely park, very quiet and plenty of parking in front and behind the B&B. Bed very comfortable and towels huge and soft, complementary toiletries, shower great, bath robes fab. Stuart and Peter were very helpful with info about places to eat, visit and where to park. Breakfast was fantastic, locally sourced and very tasty with a good selection. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again if we came back to Scarborough. Thank you for a fantastic time.

Amazing Host's Peter & Stuart. Wonderful stay. We received a warm and friendly welcome ( we were a little earlier than expected) along with coffee and cake. Our suit cases were taken to our room while we relaxed in the small but comfortable bar area which by the way evening drinks are so reasonably priced. We were then shown to our room which was gorgeous, nicely decorated, ensuite, bath/shower, tea and coffee tray. The bed was soooo comfortable. Our room faced the pretty front garden on a quiet road with tree's opposite which leads to a lovely park with nice leisurely walks. Breakfast was WOW, superb quality and choices. The building itself is beautiful inside and out with furnishings to match. Absolutely loved our stay here and HIGHLY recommend. Massive Thank You Peter & Stuart.

Wowser this b n b is terrific… upon arrival we were greeted with tea and coffee and home made lemon drizzle cake.. this was the start of our wonderful visit here… we were in room 9 gawgus decor and comfy bed and lovely bathroom.. Breakfast was super and we were treated like royalty this is outstanding we will defo visit

Stuart and Peter are lovely, friendly, welcoming hosts who are informative, interesting, amusing and very happy to help. Breakfast An excellent selection of breakfast fare available. Extremely high quality produce, beautifuly presented and very tasty 10/10 Bedrooms Rooms of varying sizes. Some rooms are pet friendly. We stayed in room 7 on the second/top floor. This is a smaller room which is not suitable for pets. Very comfortable, clean, quiet room overlooking the front garden and Peasholm Glen 10/10 Parking Off road parking at the back of the property and parking along the quiet road at the front 10/10 Overall Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely establishment and location. Extremely good value for money. Would definitely recommend 10/10

On arrival at the Outlook Stuart & Peter offered us tea/cake on the house which was very appreciated the room was very clean/comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast included in the price was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel xx
