Fabulous B&B just a few minutes walk from Peasholm Park & the Open Air Theatre with a fabulous host that couldn’t do enough for you if she tried. Great breakfast options and tea, coffee & hot chocolate in room. You also get a parking permit. Thanks Gillian for another great stay. We’ll be back.

Our stay at the Rose Dene was absolutely fantastic. Gillian is so friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much for her. You arrive as a guest but leave as a friend. She was very knowledgeable about the are and told us about a short cut that took us to the centre which was valuable. We will definitely go back as we had a brilliant stay.

We chose to stay here on the recommendation of our good friends who had stayed here previously and we were not disappointed. Our room was very clean and we were made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. We shall defintely return and would highly recommend.

I stayed 3 nights at Rose Dene, I enjoyed in there and food. Location is good. 10-15 minutes walk to town centre or beach.

Gillian was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, good places to visit, good places to eat, etc. She provided delicious and filling breakfast.

Our stay at Rose Dene in Scarborough in late October this year was fantastic. Accommodation was excellent, clean and very comfortable which combined with a superb cooked to order breakfast made the stay memorable. Shops just down the road, North Bay a 15 minute walk and Peasholm Park only 10 minutes walk. Rose Dene is the place to stay for B,& B in Scarborough
