We visited in August for a couple of nights. The Leeway is an excellant place to stay, Suzanna, the host was very welcoming. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious and the view accross the bay is amazing. Everything you need is supplied, small fridge, coffee machine, kettle, a fan for the hot weather, which I was grateful for. The full English breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We will definately be going back and recommend to everyone.

Just stayed a night whilst visiting my parents in Scarborough - we are very happy that we chose this place and should we need to stay overnight again, this would be our first option

An ideally situated,clean, well presented B&B. Parking is free of charge, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are extremely helpful, the breakfast is good, all this for decent price. You couldn’t ask for anymore. Will be using again and will recommend to friends and family.

A fantastic little bed and breakfast in a beautiful location . I can honestly say one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in and that includes hotel rooms also . Our hostess was lovely , good size rooms and very comfy beds .

Highly recommended
Host very kind and friendly, room is clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate, and a bottle of water in the minifridge. Great location with a sea view, you can open your window and listen to the sound of the sea. Bathroom is good but I would've appreciated somewhere to hang up our towels as there really wasn't much space for that.

An excellent base for exploring Scarborough
It is on the quiet North Beach but surprisingly close to South Beach and Peasholm Park. There are bakeries and food shops nearby. I enjoyed the sea/castle view from my window, cooked breakfast which was nicely served and overall convenience. Noise-wise, a lot depends on other guests staying.

Excellent stay, highly recommended
Fantastic stay, beautiful room with lovely sea view. We were dealt with exclusively by one lady throughout our stay who was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. There is limited parking outside, enough for 5 cars I reckon but we got a space no problem. 10 min walk to Peasholm Park and similar to the old town and south bay in the other direction. Bed very comfortable, shower really good.
