Excellent host, this ideally located comfortable accomodation all contributed to a great nights sleep, includeda full English breakfast, what more can you ask for? Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting Bridlington,Filey and the RSPB Bempton site where i was delighted to see the nesting Puffins.
Easy access to Scarborough, and Whitby too .

Me and my two children were visiting Scarborough for one night so booked to stay here. Nice and close to Scarborough but not too busy. Nice village with a couple of pubs and a shop. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The host was really friendly and helpful. Full English was amazing, perfect size, tasty and great quality. Would definitely recommend!

We have just visited the guest house as part of a weekend trip to Scarborough to see Westlife. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. The room was a twin room, it was clean, tidy and everything you needed for a one night stay. We had free wifi during our stay, and a shared TV longue area which we did not need to use. We were woken at night a few times by other guests arriving the guest house quite late but nothing can be helped about this. The shower in the morning took close to 10 minutes to get warm which we were disappointed with and breakfast seemed to take a while but it came out very fresh, tasty and piping hot! We will stay again if we ever need a one night stay again. Thanks!

Like to thank Julie and Ian for a lovely stay, they were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Our breakfast was really nice and cooked fresh, lovely comfortable bed.

Nice little guest house but 3 different types of key, two for the front door which was confusing.
The electrics around the bed were suspect!
Had an early start so didn’t get to try the breakfast unfortunately.
