入口非常難找尤其自駕的人，直到給前台打電話才找到，連前台都説需要我們幫忙投訴他們經理才會重視，整個迷宮一樣且毫無提示標。
入住的房間在裝修，聲音大到不可理解，持續三天。前台白女就很敷衍的説cant help，這樣的房間你們還賣是麼
三番五次找了之後，才給免了三天的停車費，注意是停車費，還季度不耐煩

Everything was fine, unfortunately they didn’t add breakfast included package. It was a bit embarrassing for us to enquiring at the cafe entrance before breakfast in the morning time, asking to show me booking emails. Rest everything was fine.

Hot Water was yellow when run in the bath tub, did not feel safe to use it.. however location is okay. the entrance to the lobby was not too clear, would be good if there are clearer directions..

Opposite the hotel is Perth's famous beach, The hotel geographical environment is very good, hygienic and clean, many gourmet restaurants near the hotel, the disadvantage is that the hotel is now under renovation, a little noisy and inconvenient, the day check-in arranged in 1207 room, but check-in found the toilet stool did not flush, the whole house smells, to the lobby below complained after replacing Room 2305, on the terrace with a view across the sea, stayed for a few days, came to pack up and clean the room after tea bags were not added, milk was not added, just replaced with a new towel and cleaned up the bed was called Service, air conditioner to sleep at night felt very noisy.

The room is clean and tidy. The location is very good. You can see the sea from the balcony. It takes 5 minutes to walk there. There is a gas station, supermarket and dining area downstairs. There is a paid parking lot, 25 per night.

The reception staff was not too helpful when we check in and she gave us a room that was actually occupied. Other than that, the staff is nice in general.
Room is clean , location is good.
