Off season was very chill. Wonderful room upgrade. Great food. Loved the quiet beach. Nice island tour and airport pick up.

This place is awful. It's a 1 star hotel. It's filthy and poorly maintained. The food is awful, it's a restricted menu so you end up eating the same food. Breakfast is a joke... Scrambled eggs.. and whatever was left over from the night before reheated. The pools are dirty. The beach is small and not looked after. My advice to anyone is avoid this place

Great hotel, great staff
Hotel was actually at Bacolet Beach Club, which had me a bit confused at check in, waiting in the wrong hotel.
Staff at the hotel is super friendly and helpsome. Had a great stay. Thanks

Hotel photos do not match actual premises. Food is repetitive. Most staff are friendly. Overall this hotel is very overpriced for the amenities offered. Do not stay here.

The overal stay was wonderful. The staff are amazing and helpful. But they are in need of some renovations. Especially for the bathrooms.
