The place is beautiful, but the host puts on a fantastic display of rudeness and primitiveness. He sulks around all day with his cigar, making you feel like an intruder instead of a guest.

We just came back from a two week stay at Podere Pratraccio and we miss it already. It is a beautiful property and we had a great accommodation in one of the glamping tents. We are a family of four with two children 12 and 8 and had a fantastic time. Everything is clean and cozy and the pool is amazing, specially due to the breath taking view of the fields. Anna and Luca are great hosts and I specially recommend having dinner there. The food and service are spectacular. Travellers should take under consideration that this kind of stay is meant to be relaxing, so no partying by the pool or internet in the tents. There are several other ways to enjoy your vacation at this location. And there is WiFi in the common areas. We feel very lucky to have found this place! Thank you again for everything!

Unfortunately, our stay at Podere Prataccio did not meet expectations. While the property itself has potential (hence the two stars), we were very disappointed by the attitude of the hosts, who were unwelcoming and, at times, openly rude. I advise potential visitors to see the google reviews which exhibit some repeated issues of the same kind. In any case, we focused on other things and had a great time in the region: some beautiful sites and vineyards to visit , and amazing restaurants. Hospitality is a core part of any stay, and in the case of these hosts, it was sorely lacking. Future guests should be aware of several important details that are not made fully clear in advance: – The swimming pool closes entirely at 6:30PM, which is quite limits its usability during summer evenings. – Internet access (both wifi and 4G) is not available at all in the tents – Accommodations are smaller than described on the website.

Immerso nel verde, infiniti ulivi secolari , piscina con vista mozzafiato sulle colline Maremmane. Curato nei minimi dettagli. Confortevole e rilassante! Ottima cucina con colazioni abbondanti e piatti tipici preparati dalla padrona di casa. Assolutamento consigliato!!

Che dire....Prataccio è il mio posto del cuore, qui mi azzero, rigenero cuore, corpo e mente! La natura fa da padrona, immerso nella maremma incontaminata, panorami mozzafiato, cieli stellati da restare a bocca aperta. La cura, l'ospitalità e la passione che mettono Luca e Anna sono davvero eccezionali. Due persone a dir poco meravigliose. Gli alloggi/tenda hanno tutto l'essenziale, vale davvero la pena vivere questa esperienza anche con un temporale inaspettato, riscopri i suoni e profumi che ovattati dalle mura di casa non apprezziamo. La colazione e la cena di Anna sono squisiti, cucina casalinga che farebbe invidia ad uno stellato. Podere prataccio è un paradiso. Consigliatissimo, vale assolutamente il viaggio se si arriva da lontano. Grazie davvero di cuore per tutto!

Posto meraviglioso, molto curato , molto pulito. Ottimo per chi cerca un angolo di tranquillità. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nelle casette tende , avevo paura fosse scomodo invece si è rivelato molto confortevole . La cucina è la colazione ottima e anche la scelta dei vini. Prodotti del territorio e di qualità. Attenzione però che il luogo è isolato, i posti di maggior richiamo turistico distano almeno 1 ora di strada
