Worst experience we’ve ever had The property is very loud at night, lots of confusion during check-in and checkout, and very poor communication

This is such a sweet and charming hotel. I loved waking up and opening all of the sliding windows and feeling like I was in a treehouse. It is right in the middle of the action, so if you are a light sleeper or do not plan on partying all night I would highly recommend getting something further away. The music never really stops, and the windows do not stop the sound from the street at all. On one particularly bad night, someone started construction at 2 am in the space directly under us with their music blasting. It was such a bummer to have slept so poorly there because I loved everything else. Staff was great.

Poor communication - Rooms not as advertised The check in experience was terrible. It says to contact them 24 hrs in advance. I called, emailed, and messaged on the app. The hotel never responded to us. There is not a front desk, but luckily we found cleaning staff that was able to communicate with the management and they let us into our room. We weren’t provided any information including wifi passwords. The AC units didn’t work and there was no water pressure in the shower (literally none). We had to wash our hair in the bathroom sink which had an abundance of water pressure. Very odd. At checkout - they let us know that they messaged on WhatsApp. This is important information to put in the listing, especially if you’re accepting reservations on an app but won’t be communicating through the app, pick up phone, or return emails.
