We booked Sayulinda Hotel for a women's retreat and the staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was beautiful. A wonderful stay!!

Review: Beautiful hotel in the heart of Sayulita. 2 blocks from the beach right downtown. The in room TV and entertainment was fantastic. We got a lot of rain the day of our arrival, were tired, and decided to stay in for the day. We were able to watch the news and sports in English as well as the local news and weather in Spanish. Staff even offered us some board games to pass the time. They even went out of their way to make us some reservations at a close by restaurant. Overall a fantastic stay made even better by friendly and helpful staff. Took surfing lessons 3 blocks from the hotel which was great fun. The only drawback was traffic going into Puerto Vallarta to visit the Malecon (board walk) a must see but allow yourself plenty of time for traffic in the city.

Overpriced and underwhelmed! This place is like a Picasso painting...looks great from a distance, but up close it is awful!!! Rooms have inadequate air conditioning, it's noisy at night, and the service is lacking. We our left our stay early. Spoke to management about our disappointment and they would not negotiate or give us our money back for nights we did not stay even though we had pre-paid. Stay AWAY!!

Sayulin-DONT!! This place is false advertising itself. Views are of the ocean, however,,they are also of a junkyard and vacant, dilapidated building. Our room had air conditioning, but it did not adequately work and never cooled room lower than 80 degrees. Management was a joke. We asked to leave early due to all these issues and they refused to work with us to refund any or part of our stay. STAY AWAY!

Adorable boutique hotel in a great location and nice rooftop views. Unfortunately the music from the street went on until 5am hence the much needed ear plugs they provide. Room was super small and basic. Good breakfast included. Only stayed for one night and moved to quieter hotel for the rest of the stay.
