The hotel is attached to their own Amaia NIGHT CLUB. So, if you plan to sleep before 3:30am, or really anytime between 8pm and 4am you will be listening to club music while your bed vibrates to the beats. At least you can enjoy the lyrics, since it's so loud.
The pool is very nice looking, but I didn't see a single guest use it.
The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, and big TV.
The room was the size of a shoebox for $150 USD I really expected way way more.
After the first night I asked them to cancel my 3rd night so I could leave early, but they denied my request to refund, blaming it on Trip.com policy and outside factors they can't control (the noise coming from their own 'Amaia nightclub').
I have a feeling they weren't sympathetic to my request since I'm sure every guest that stays here didn't pay $150 to sleep in a nightclub, and they get this complaint every single time a new guest gets out of bed.
Also the garden rooms are really just pool side, they don't open into a 'garden' 🙄
That's one reservation I wish I could take back.
