The hotel is ideally placed at the entrance to the Jabal Akdhar region. It has small but well apointed grounds featuring a guitar shaped pool, a raised boat shaped seating area and a play area for the children.

Great stay, good breakfast, comfy but dated rooms.
Comfy beds, spacious and clean. Location is easy to find. breakfast was very good and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Fathima from the reception gave us a run down of the sites to visit. Go to the coffee shops for their karak tea to warm you in the evening!

Die Mannschaft war extrem bemüht und freundlich. Wir bekamen den Hinweis, dass das Hotel seit kurzem unter neuem Manageführt wird. Alles war sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit, wir würden wieder kommen. Wer einen Platz zum Essen und Übernachten auf der Höhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig

My family had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Grand. Every staff member I encountered , from the check-in to the kitchen staff were delightful and eager to help especially miss Fathima and Mahi. Special thanks to Mr. Virendra Singh , who showed us all the surroundings . Rooms were clean and reasonably spacious . They even have an Indian chef for those who enjoy Indian cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone .

We had a very nice stay in the Grand Hotel Jabal Al Akhdar! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Excellent kitchen. The service in the restauran by staffmember Mahi was superb. We would everyone who comes to the Jabal Al Akhdar area advise to stay here!

The easy check-in. Our room and the hotel was very clean. We unfortunately had a flat tire before leaving and Sadiq went above & beyond, and changed our tire for us. Hooray! The restaurant food was excellent. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again. Just perfect. 😊
