Newly remodeled Studio Condo across parking lot to Ocean

Perfect location, we loved the access to the beach, apartment was quiet, clean, had everything we needed. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful and Convenient Condo This condo was perfect for our quick trip for a weekend swim meet. Lovely condo, with great amenities and convenient to the grocery store and the competition pool.

Great place! Relatively small but every inch of space is put to great use and was the perfect size for the two of us for almost a weeks stay. Well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen necessities, with a very comfortable bed and couch. The pictures are a perfect representation and the owners have cut no corners when it comes to the quality of items provided. I don't normally provide lengthy reviews but a couple of extra notes since there aren't many on this one quite yet. A) The balcony overlooks a road that runs along the beach. That said, there is very little traffic (the entire area is residential) and we had no issues at all with road noise. B) The path to beach is across a tiny parking lot, no more than 50 yards away. Super convenient. C) There are no facilities at the beach unless you're a member of the Sawgrass Beach Club (e.g. restrooms, places to grab a bite, etc). No issue for us and that actually leads to the beach being very quiet, which is nice. D) There is nothing within walking distance. Again, the area is completely residential. There are however, plenty of good restaurants a very short drive away and it's conveniently located between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. If you're looking for the perfect, relaxing getaway, this is it. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Girls getaway Accommodations were perfect, loved the location, close to the beach, short drive to nice restaurants. Place was well equipped and tidy. Great communication with owner. Would definitely recommend.

As described! Everything was as described we were very happy with our stay. The host was accommodating and responsive to any requests we made. We would gladly stay again. I would, as someone else suggested, a reading lamp at the bed.
