Our experience at Six Senses Fort Barwara was nothing short of extraordinary—easily one of the most memorable and luxurious stays we’ve ever had. The property itself is a masterpiece—majestic, unique, and steeped in history. Walking through the beautifully restored fort felt like stepping back in time, but with all the comforts of modern luxury. Our suite was stunning, with elegant design, lush bedding, and the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve ever encountered. And we are snobs about this ! Haha Dining was a treat. We had delightful lunches at the Mediterranean restaurant by the pool, where every bite was fresh and flavorful. (Recommend the salads , lamb samosas, kafta and brownies!!) The wine bar had an enchanting speakeasy vibe that felt like a hidden gem, and the private dining experience to celebrate my birthday was intimate and romantic, including a personal serenade from live musicians. And of course the Indian food was top notch too:) We looked forward to trying different types of Indian breakfast everyday and quickly became obsessed with our daily dose of dosa 🙃 and freshly made chai from the cutest, sweetest chai lady 💞 The Ayurvedic spa treatments were unlike anything we’ve experienced—deeply relaxing and uniquely tailored to our needs. The setting itself was serene, making it the perfect place to unwind. The surrounding area added another layer of charm. We loved the thoughtfully arranged tours to the local village, tiger safari and temple, where we got a true sense of the culture and community. And to top it all off, the team meticulously coordinated a seamless day trip to Jaipur for us. From reservations at the best restaurant to guided visits to iconic landmarks, every detail was handled flawlessly. This is a destination that exudes romance, history, and unparalleled hospitality. The staff really create such a lovely and welcoming culture; we were blown away by the attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm service provided, each and every person going above and beyond in their own unique way to make every moment perfect for us.🪁 Special thanks to Rohit, Gaurav, Ganesh, Nilesh and Aditya🙏We can’t wait to return to this magical retreat. Thank you, Six Senses Fort Barwara, for setting a new standard for perfection!

My wife and I recently completed a short stay at this amazing property, and it was one of the most memorable experiences we have had. The hospitality was amazing and starts before your visit, as an employee named Oindrila messaged me to make sure all our plans were set. Upon arriving at Fort Barwara, one is absolutely struck by the beauty and the size and splendor of the structure. Painstakingly restored and updated, it is an incredible blend of modern comfort and the historic fort. Oindrila and the manager of the hotel met us as our car arrived and walked us up to the lobby, showing us the property as we ascended. Just before the flight of stairs we were showered with rose petals. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with a private courtyard and great view, a spacious living room, beautiful bedroom, and amazing bathroom. We were given a tour of the stunning property, and then chose to enjoy drinks by the fire in the courtyard. Once again the hospitality was outstanding as a server named Anisha made us quite comfortable and brought us drinks and snacks. We then had dinner in the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The next morning we woke up early for the Tiger Safari we had scheduled. Oindrila had made sure to pack us a wonderful breakfast, and Satish drove us the roughly 30 minutes to Ranthambore National Park. It was cold the morning of our excursion so he drove us a little further than normal to keep us comfortable. We were then met by Vijay and Wasim from the tour operator, and Vijay gave us a great overview of the wildlife while Wasim expertly drove us through the park. We saw countless deer, peacocks, monkeys, and a couple of crocodiles. About an hour and a half into the safari Vijay guided us to within about 10 feet of a family of 4 tigers. Wasim expertly followed them for about the next 45 minutes. I cannot believe we were so close for so long to these majestic creatures - we were so lucky. Satish then took us to a local handicrafts store, and then we returned to the hotel. Once again we were met by Oindrila who ensured we had everything we needed, and opened the boutique shop for us where we selected some beautiful items to take home with us. After a fantastic lunch by the pool, we then were escorted to the temple about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, and climbed the almost 700 steps to the top. The view was breathtaking. Back at the hotel, after we had told Oindrila we were interested in the temple blessing ceremony she came and escorted us, and then we were surprised to receive a special blessing celebrating our anniversary. Honestly it was beautiful and surprising and quite touching. We then returned to the courtyard where Anisha served us our favorite drinks. Then we enjoyed an outstanding Thali dinner of Rajasthani classics in one of the destination dining experiences. The setting was stunning. The food was amazing. Amit, our server, did such a wonderful job and enthusiastically took photos for us as we celebrated our anniversary

This place was really amazing. It was a breathtaking experience for a foreigner who is first time on India. You feel all the atmosphere of Indian historical heritage and meet the greatest hospitality and comfort! At night the fort becomes a magical place from the medeaval fairy tales. There are interesting activities that makes your time even more interesting. The personal is very professional and all they speak perfect English. They meet your every wish immediately. The food is tasty and very beautifully served. Thank you for my happy days!

We had a great experience. We stayed at the property to celebrate our 10th anniversary and they made every effort to make it special . The rose shower welcome to the special decoration in the room , it just made us feel very special. I want to make a special mention for Mr. Kinkshuk whom we met for our lunch and henceforth we were looking forward to being served by him in every meal. He understood our needs and he went extra mile to make our every meal simply amazing. The food at the property was made with special curated ingredients and everything was very delicious. Our stay ended with a therapeutic sound healing session which left us rejuvenated, all ready to be back to the grind . I thank each one of you for a memorable stay !
