Visited for 4 nights to see the tigers with my 3 kids. Property was very clean as were the rooms. Food was very good and the kitchen accommodated my western children and their aversion to spice. Each night there was a magic show for the kids. The best part was the staff. Incredibly helpful and kind and were great with the children. Only minuses were the normal quirks of non-western hotels so if that bothers you then find a Marriott. For us it was fantastic.

The stay at Anuraga Palace was a superb experience. The property ambience is equivalent to staying at an ancient palace/haveli which is well maintained, with greenery all around and different coloured flowers, some different species of colourful birds chirping early morning. The beauty of the property enhances further when early morning Sun rays lit up certain areas of the hotel in natural warm light an experience which can only be seen and felt. My family appreciates the hospitality of the hotel staff including Mr. Chand S Shekhawat, Vijendra, Jitendra Singh, Bhawani Singh and other hotel staff who always addressed our requirements. I also appreciate the trainees who ensure guest are being served evening tea, coffee Mathari and cookies as desired at the courtyard while Rajasthani folk program, magic show were held during evening. A *** dressed in Rajasthani attire playing music at the courtyard and at entrance of the restaurant enhanced the stay experience. We relished having food served at the "Basant" restaurant as it included lot of varieties of salads, fruits, desserts (especially Moong dal halwa), North Indian and continental food. The F&B staff was courteous enough to arrange some Rajasthani dishes on our request apart from the food served in buffet. The food quality is at par with the food being served at leading 5 star hotels. A visit to Shabri farms ***** with guide SitaRamji was also interesting as he explained about the various vegetables grown at the farm and about the Cows at the large Cow shed. Overall it was a great experience at my own magnificent Rajasthan the state of Royals.

I had booked a room at this hotel through *******, securing a deal at a reasonable price. Upon arriving at 9 PM, I was shocked to have my booking refused by the hotel. The reason given was that the price I booked at was "too low." The manager, Sandeep, displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He bluntly told me to contact ******* at that late hour instead of honoring the booking. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me stranded without a room after a long day. This experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable. A hotel should prioritize its guests' comfort and honor confirmed bookings, regardless of price discrepancies. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.

I Visite in Nov 2024 with my family and it was a good experience. Food and Stay was very good. Nice Food and evening cultural program also. overall very good experience. Most of the Customers visit because of Jungle safari, so they should give good option for safari with package so customer will be more happy.

This property is fantastic, I must say even the hospitality, rooms, food and even the cultural show was a cherry on the cake we literally enjoyed even every member in our family was happy to stay even the after support of the management was like the best Thank you so much for everything guys Would like to come soon and will plan a stay again with so much more fun Good stay for a family vacay!! Rooms were the best and the price was a worth

Room more spacious than most other 4 stars hotels. Decor well co-ordinated. Wifi was fast. Grounds well maintained and dining room big. But bathroom may need some renovation for it looked a bit dated & towels not white any more. Breakfast was good with attentive service.

Quite a basic hotel compared to what we had expected. Very quiet, almost dead in fact. Breakfast very sparse and not particularly appetising. Lots of staff in the hotel but not overly friendly. Little happening at night. Rooms nice. TV not working. Safaris organised by hotel very disorganised. Waited over an hour for our afternoon safari. No communication.

This is a sumptuous hotel. Ample use of marble, amenable staff, pretty gardens and in the evening, music and local dancers. The room was a good size and well furnished. It had an off putting smell of moth balls permeating the room. The room had a disappointing outlook onto a brick wall. The pool was nice, as was the rooftop bar, which had a nice vista and quite cool. The bistro dinner was nice but the breakfast was a threadbare affair. I have to acknowledge the staff who were always nearby and very helpful. In summary, a good but not great hotel.
