I was quite satisfied staying at Ibis Surabaya Tidar, it was one of my main choices for staying in Surabaya. Located quite close to Tunjungan Plaza. It's just that the car park is very narrow.

When I got here the wifi was off and the water in the bathroom was stagnant because the water pipe was clogged and dirty and had to be opened before the water could flow, the service was better

The door lock is broken. The AC is not cold enough. The glass on the bathroom door was broken. Warm water if the night suddenly isn't warm. Sometimes the TV remote works, sometimes it doesn't.
