We have stayed at Borgo Egnazia numerous times - we obviously loved it otherwise we wouldn’t have returned so many times. However, a few unpleasant issues came up during our last stay there in June of 2023. I did not at the time write a review on Trip Advisor as i wanted to give them a chance to listen to my concerns & see what their reaction was. I did receive a call from a woman named Marie Poutissou (Hotel Manager at BE). We spoke at length, she understood my concerns & apologized profusely about what had occurred. She asked me to take her # & when we were ready to return, let her know & she would take care of us. For the past week & 1/2, i have left her numerous messages, all without the courtesy of a response. I had taken her at her word - lesson learned, i shouldn’t have. We are returning to Puglia in June of ‘25 - we will not be staying at BE … lots of other wonderful places to stay at. It was fun Borgo - it’s not anymore.

Esperienza unica …l’atmosfera del borgo è magica, tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, e il personale professionale e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Sono stata nel centro benessere e ho pranzato nel ristorante il Porticato……top!

We only spent a few days there to meet some friends who were guests there. South of Bari and north of Brindisi in Puglia, Borgo Egnazia is a particular and unique resort, it is like a village equipped with every comfort but above all with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, albeit slightly inauthentic, a little bit like a luxury Club Méd. Signature white décor. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. There is really nothing wrong with it, other than the lack of the sea and the relatively minimal distance from it, and the fairly high price. The food is quite good, but for that it is also possible to venture out of the resort to find and have a simple, inexpensive, tasty meal or snack in private. In any case, if you can and want to just treat yourself and splurge a little, it is really worth a visit, even a short one. For us it was a new experience.

Ospitalità, atmosfere e location top! Tutto dai colori molto caldi e accoglienti. Sicuramente si percepisce la volontà del fondatore di farti sentire a casa e avvolta dalle tradizioni pugliesi. Anche i ristoranti degni di nota. Ho dato solo 4 stelle perché non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di partecipare ai vari eventi che vi tengono e anche perché ci sono state attese lunghe durante la colazione. Per il resto molto bello

Es la tourist trap más cara en el que me he quedado.
El hotel es bonito pero nada es auténtico, los restaurantes parecen restaurantes de hotel “All Inclusive” y son muy malos.
