Waterfall Villas

Staff was amazing. Food was amazing. Location was amazing. I can't say enough good things about my stay there. The trick now will be to integrate this feeling and emotional experience back into everyday life. I look forward to coming back with my family too!

I absolutely loved staying here! I have a very restrictive diet and the staff did an amazing job of accommodating me, and not only that, the food was fabulous! The setting is beautiful, the rooms are really lovely and the spa treatments are out of this world. Just be warned that there are a lot of stairs like a lot of other places in Costa Rica :-), especially if your room is up top like mine was.

My daughter (19) and I (53) had a fabulous experience with Waterfall Villas. They created a perfect itinerary for us, balancing activities and rest. The meals were lovely. The workers on site did not speak English, but they were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed with family at the one of the villas for a week and enjoyed the lush greenery all around, overseeing a waterfall, great vegan food options with juicing. Good Location with proximity to the beach and the water falls. Great place to stay with family

We recently stayed at Waterfall Villas in Costa Rica, and it was an unforgettable experience for our family. Nestled in pristine nature, the serene surroundings were nothing short of magical. The constant sound of the waterfall and the gentle chirping of birds made for an incredibly peaceful retreat. The rain was truly magical—it made everything feel so fresh and alive, and sitting on the deck listening to it was one of the most peaceful experiences we’ve ever had. One of our favorite parts was the 30-minute nature trail within the property. It’s filled with rich flora and fauna, and we even spotted some unique wildlife along the way. But the absolute best part of our stay was taking a refreshing bath in the waterfall—it was so relaxing and felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The ambiance was perfect, and the fresh air felt revitalizing. The food was amazing and was a true treat for both the palate and the body, healthy, delicious, and the fresh tropical fruits were a real highlight! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and seamless. We also loved the easy access to nearby attractions like Nauyaca Falls and Dominical Beach, and we appreciated the well-organized arrangements for rafting, surfing, and ziplining adventures. The service was impeccable, making this trip one for the books. Waterfall Villas is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking relaxation, adventure, a connection to nature, some quality family time and most importantly a digital detox. Highly recommended!

My week long retreat at waterfall villas was everything I had hoped for. Monica is the most gracious hostess. Always attentive and kind. Her staff is also lovely. Everyone is there to help you enjoy your time in the jungle and reset, heal, appreciate, and nourish. I did the 7 day juice fast and fell right into right away. I loved the whole ritual and being cared for at the same time. It felt both restorative and safe. I never had to think about when my next juice or treatment was coming. It just all happened for me. The surroundings are also beautiful and healing. The fresh cool air rising from the waterfall, the thick lush greenery everywhere, and the sweet Balinese styled casitas are so welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute I was there. And the best part is that I continue to feel the benefits months later. My fast really did reset my body and I have felt balanced ever since my time at waterfall villas. I recommend this retreat to anyone considering a vacay/ healing experience. You will cherish it. I certainly did☺️
