Property was ok, though the pool area was closed. Room was decent, though the TV was busted, and no working ice machines on any floor. Biggest issue was there was a police standoff for over 7 hours on our last night, and as we checked out in the morning the cops arrested someone else in the lobby. Will not be back.

There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk and never once saw housekeeping staff. The entire property was a mess. Wallpaper was coming off the walls, holes in the walls, etc. We were on a non smoking floor and the entire floor and elevator reeked of ****. In our room, the bathroom light flickered nonstop and the bath towels were thin, pilled, and tiny. Our bedspred was coming apart at the seams and the filling was spilling out. Our whole experience was terrible. We would have left but the reservation was non refundable. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn again.

Had issues at check in to begin with. Desk clerk was very rude and inattentive. We did a week stay and we requested service after the third day. We took the sheets off of the bed and placed them and the dirty towels by the door for exchange. We came back and housekeeping had picked up the dirty sheet out of the floor and draped it halfway over the bed. We were also not informed that the pool was out of order. Also seen a few roaches. Was absolutely the worst experience with a property that I have had in a long time
