The deposit is ridiculous

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked here for the 4th of July weekend and on the first and only night we stayed here I was woken up from roaches crawling on me. Once I woke up I saw more dead roaches all over the room and bathroom. I spoke to the manager who assured me I would get a refund and didn't have to worry. After originally giving me the refund, it was retracted. The owner wrote on one of my reviews to contact him directly to resolve but he's been avoiding my calls and not returning them. My next step is calling the BBB!!

Nasty property with dirty room and roaches . There was old trash in the room never cleaned up. There was roaches crawling up and down the walls. Layers of dust on many of hinges in the room and the room smelt like actual garbage I could barely sleep and couldn’t wait to leave the place . Glad we were there just to sleep from a roach trip and weren’t there for an extended stay I would have e left immediately

We reserved 3 rooms for 5 nights- after two days we had to ask for new towels. They were never delivered. We had to pick the up. Rooms were never cleaned. No shampoo- or amenities. Front desk was rude- especially when we requested the plugged toilet (was plugged when we checked it!) be fixed! One air conditioner was broken and rain constantly! Just HORRIBLE!!

Please don’t stay here My mother, daughter and I stayed here 5/16/25-5/18/25. Leaving straight from work and driving from Boca Raton, Florida to the hotel, all I wanted to do was to put my salad and my mom’s eye drops in the fridge (none was there) shower and get some rest after a long day and looking forward to my son’s graduation from Georgia Southern. A reservation was made for 3, only 2 towels and rags was there. The shower curtain was dirty, tub had residue from water poorly going down. Cobwebs hanging on the walls behind the front door, in bathroom-over the sink and tub areas. My daughter accidentally left a ziplock bag with few clothing in the bathroom and when I inquired about it, they told me they don’t have a lost and found so if it was left there, it was thrown away. Customer Service here is very poor wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Ps..Generally place insurance on my flight and hotel stays and never uses the insurance. This time I decided not to purchase insurance on my hotel stay and Ohh did I made the wrong choice…As if I did I would have left there the very minute I stepped in the room. I guess this is what they called “You live and you learn” cause honestly I sure did. I have a video to back up all that I said. This is -0

I didn’t know what to expect… But the receptionist Mrs. Shantell went over and beyond to make sure that my accommodations were met. Had a great stay.
